AT&T Store

Fast easy service and Donavon made it an easy process. One of the easiest phone experience ever had. Switched from boost with a moto g 5 to att and given iPhone 15 plus 70 on taxes and bill increased to 70 a month from 50. Would do again

Brandon and Donovan were extremely respectful, nice, and professional. They explained everything (my up coming bills and phone (S24) information) to me in a clear upstanding way. I'm glad they were able to help me.

Donovan was so sweet! We talked for half an hour after the store closed, and he didn't seem annoyed that I walked in 15 minutes before closing either (sorry about that to be fair Google says 7 🤣) great customer service! Will definitely be back.

Donovan solved my problem. He sourced the issue, followed through on the order at hand and completed the sale by owning the process. He overcame issues where others could not. I expect to do more business in the future with Donovan.

Donavon and Brandon were phenomenal. We ran into some complications getting me setup for Firstnet, but they were great troubleshooting the problem. They were able to solve the issue before I left the store and provided great service the entire time.

Dominic Lopresti was awesome with switching over my Google phone to my new Motorola! His knowledge goes above and beyond fixing and setting up my new phone. He is personable, friendly, and very kind to talk to. He took time to explain any new features I had questions on, and I can't thank him enough!!!! I went in for the trade-in recently and the two gentlemen working were so helpful and so so nice!! The service was amazing. They helped me get my new phone ready and gave me great tips. They were really friendly and so helpful. Highly recommend coming here for any help or services you need.

The new manager Josh needs a raise! I went in there with a million questions and not only did he take the time to walk me through all of my concerns, but I left with the perfect phone for my needs and the comfort of knowing that I can come back any time which is rare these days! Tyler helped me get new service with AT&T. He asked me how I was today and even asked me what kind of show I wanted to watch while we waited for my phone to update and transfer. Tyler is an amazing sales rep and can't wait to see him do big things in AT & T

Came into the store today discruntled and contemplated changing providers. Spoke with Dominic who was professional and interpersonal. Can honestly say this store has some of the best employees for customer service. Rakim and I talked for a while and he is really easy to communicate with. Both of these employees are the only reason I am giving ATT another opportunity. Thanks again Dominic and Rakim.

Used this store to switch from Tmobile to AT&T. The store manager was so nice and worked with me through the whole process without me lifting a finger. Definitely recommend coming to this store for any cellular needs.

This AT&T store is great. Very friendly, helpful, and honest. I had some issues with my bill due to the Tuttle location straight up lying to me, and they helped me straighten in out in just a few minutes. They made no money or anything off that, just did the right thing. Ended up switching my plan entirely, thanks for saving me lots of money!

Carrie and Chuck are Amazing! They were so patient and kind to me. I came in to put service on an old phone, but I was able to get a brand new phone for free and traded in my old phone. I am a custom for life and will not got anywhere by this store.
