Their houses are spectacular. They answer you back in a timely manner and if you have a problem they will work with. ERA is a place where you will want to live.

Great place to rent from and very timely when you need them. If I could give them 10 stars they would have it. Thanks ERA your the best. Tell them I referred you.

I feel that ERA Property Management is an amazing company to work with. As an out of state investor, a property management company can either make or break you, and this company is defiantly the former. ERA was always in communication with me about my property either by emails or Zoom. Any questions I had were always answered in the first communication, and if I made an appointment to speak to someone in the office, they were punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel that to have a property in the care of ERA is to have peace of mind that your property is in excellent hands.

My family been with them on and ,off with there section 8 there a good company if got section 8needs some quickly there the one to go to .they also got low rental houses,apt.

All I can say is they stand on business

Fast and responsive to service calls.

On SSDI but claimed I made too much money to receive financial aid. Then pointed me towards some web sites to "help" me with housing.

Very slow not friendly at all

Once they got the holding fee the communication was no longer professional!
They make it seem like they have to go through protocol to even get you the keys but don’t make sure everything is ok on their end!!!
Upon moving in the house the floor was stained the blinds don’t work and are extremely dirty and there is a huge rodent living under the house OH and I have no water!!!! Management are gaslighters and very condescending. It’s truly the communication that’s is by far the worst.

Just took app fee. On 2 different properties. No contact after apps were paid.
No way to get incintact with a kive person unless ya schedule another viewing. Then another agent/fill in whibknew NOTHING ABT THE PROPERTY OR HOW TI GET AHOLF OF AGENTS..

Communication is horrible which you can only contact people thru text or email no one will call you to explain the process since it varies on different paperwork. The whole process is horrible. Im hoping that the year won't be worse.

None of their properties are nice. They're dumps in my opinion.
