I rarely leave reviews unless the service warrants it, as is the case with mainline inspection. Patrick was professional, personable and patient with me throughout the inspection process, answering any and all questions I had about the many details in finished report. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking this type of service. The man knows his craft and is passionate about it. What more could you say about someone!?

I've used Mainline twice with my sewer lateral. first as an inspection prior to the purchase of the home and second to trace some additional lines I need to locate prior to some construction work. He did a great job putting the camera through my downspout lines, identifying the clogged areas as well as providing a digital video. He came highly recommended by my realtor. And I really appreciated him coming out of his way.
I did ask if he was able to come a little earlier so he could be there at the same time as my whole home inspection. He came early and boy was he friendly. Immediately I loved his warm and friendly energy. He answered all our questions and explained in great detail everything he was doing and seeing during his scope.
The video of the scope was great. The quality and clarity was as good as it could have been for something like this. Not to mention the music he plays while scoping the sewer. It was silly and much appreciated.

Patrick was very knowledgeable and efficient with the sewer line inspection that he did for me. I was a client from out of state, looking to purchase a property near Patrick. I contracted with him from what I could glean from his add and a call to him. I have experience with drain lines and plumbing, probably just enough to be dangerous. I know that can be a delicate dance for the provider and the receiver. Patric was very good throughout the inspection and shared valuable local information of local codes and construction methods. This was an older building, so there were some challenges and old construction materials and methods. Patrick is very good at his trade and very fair with his time. Very clear and timely doing a sewer scope for my house inspection. I cannot remember the specifics but with my sewer out of three companies they were the only one who could get the scope done. They provided us with an easy to read and understand PDF of the scope as well as the actual video.
