Had to go to Southridge Instacare. I had THE BEST PA EVER. MANDY HOWARD. SHE WAS SO EASY TO TALK TO. I FELT LIKE SHE WAS A FRIEND. I HOPE IF I HAVE TO GO BACK, I GET HER. From the front desk to the nurse to Mandy, they ALL WERE THE BEST!

Cool, creepy, numbed, frozen and anesthestitized, treated, cut, and acided Ingrown Toenails. AKA, my neighbor is cool. He is a Podiatrist ( Foot Surgeon) at SouthRidge Clinic at Riverton IHC Hospital. Floor 4, Suite 420, his Name is Dr. Reagan. If you have angry toes or feet, go see him.

This review is for Ethan Young PA with Southridge Internal Medicine. My husband and I had a fantastic experience establishing care here and are both very excited to have Ethan for our new PCP. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, and took the time to get to know us and address our concerns. Everything during the visit was efficient with minimal waiting, and the scheduling process and follow up were excellent. I highly recommend this office and Ethan.

Loved going to the doctors here! I have had great experiences with Dr. Tyler, Dr. Capener and Dr. Alston. Tyler was very through. Dr. Capener was able to grasp concerning issues and Dr. Alston has a vast knowledge covering over all dermatological issues. They each spent time even when I felt that I would be brushed through and made sure that my family and I were taken care of.

I absolutely LOVE the GI clinic, Dr. Capener is FABULOUS, yes, he is on the quiet side, but is an AMAZING doctor, he helped me find out what was wrong with my stomach, I have NEVER felt better!!! Looks like Dr. Thor! AND his MA's are AMAZING as well, they are both soo kind!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ferlic, her nurse Bambi and the front desk.
I was treated with respect and a dash of humor.
I would recommend Dr. Ferlic 100%.

Dr. Pho is the best and everyone in her office has been super nice! I have been going to her for about 3 years now and have been there within the last 6 months.

This review is for Dr. Katherine Larsen. Not impressed. She treated my aging mother. Not a bad doctor, but not great! I don’t imagine she went into her career to alleviate suffering and to make a difference, rather, my impression is that she wanted the title and pay check... She doesn’t delve into anything, or ask probing questions, just wants to hand you a bottle of pills and see you in a couple of months! I think she is competent, but not a real healer with a desire to really help... if you need anything more than a GP for regular everyday stuff, keep searching!

Prescription for eyeglasses was written up incorrectly. Then, when it was corrected, they promised to fax it to my eyewear shop to get lenses remade. Received a call four days later from the eyewear shop that they still had not received it. Really disappointed. Would not recommend for ophthamology. Too many mistakes.

I saw Dr. Capener today because I have been dealing with GI issues for a long time his nurse asked why I was there and so I told him all the issues I have been having. Dr. Capener acted like he was in a rush. He wrote me a prescription I asked if there was a generic he said no I asked if it was expensive he asked if I had insurance yes the medication would cost me $245.00 a month so you pretty much have to be a doctor to be on this medication. I am on disability and my wife works to mainly support us. I would definitely never return to him if. I need to see someone else I would look for one through Granger Medical.

I went to see Dr. Capener about a long-term GI issue that has been plaguing me. I explained to his nurse (or whatever he was) my symptoms, which have included accidents in my bed and in my pants. He proclaimed that this was a "really fun case"! I should have got up and left then. Doctor Capener would not look me in the eye and did not have good bedside manner. I felt like I was I was an inconvenient patient. I am gay and was wearing a rainbow watch band. I hope that did not cause him to be like that with me. He told me his office would follow-up for a test that was going to be conducted. It has been nearly three weeks and they have not contacted me. That is great, because I will go work with a provider who treats me with respect and where the staff actually has compassion.

If I could give a zero I would. The journey my daughter has been through does not need to include a Doctor who on the first visit has made up his mind or diagnosis prior to even seeing her. Since she is a complicated case Dr Capener basically brushed us off and told us to go elsewhere. Wow!!!! If you need a doctor to help manage your symptoms I would think twice before going to him Ever! I have a question for him.... why did you become a doctor only for the easy cases????

I called the Riverton IHC to set up a dermatologist appointment and the lady that I spoke with was very quiet and lifeless. I asked if they accepted Altius health insurance and she replied with "we are a hospital. We accept any health insurance." After, I confirmed with her that I would be using a Health Savings account to pay and she replied with a very rude "K." After I set up my appointment, she hung up before I could confirm it. Weeks later, my appointment approached and I never had received a confirmation call or reminder of any sort which would have been nice. On the day of my appointment, I had to search the whole hospital because there were no signs or helpful people to direct me where to go. Luckily, I arrived to my appointment on time after searching for the right clinic. After walking to the desk and getting ready to check in, I handed them my insurance card and they informed me (very rudely) that they didn't accept my insurance provider. They suggested that I could CHANGE my insurance provider. WHAT? I told them that this was the only day I could make it because of work and I would do it without my insurance, even though that was super inconvenient. I handed them my HSA card to pay for the copay and they told me the card wasn't working and suggested it was due to insufficient funds, which I knew wasn't the case. After I told them there was plenty of money there and it should work, they responded with "Maybe you should call your mom and have her take a look at it or handle the appointment." Totally unacceptable. I walked away from them at that point and scheduled an appointment else where. Such rude people and horrible HORRIBLE service. Never going there again!!!

Scheduled appointment to remove 2 Lypomas. Doctor really didnt want to talk. He told me to come back another day to get them removed. My appointment was to have them removed. He said he would do it and then removed only 1. Told his MA to send me home and schedule the other for another day. He is just trying to take your money and does not care about you. DO NOT GO HERE

Poor patient management. Was made to feel invisible and of no value. Asked to check in again and told that we were on welfare. We are not. Bad communication of what was happening and why we were checking In across the hall. Girls checking us in were not.concerned about treating us.

Waited on hold during a call for over 30 minutes without receiving a response to schedule an appointment. Very disappointed.
