Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Chad was very helpful! We had an emergency issue and he came in and knew exactly what needed done. After problem solving and a good amount of time and effort he got it all fixed up for us. He did a very clean job considering it wasn’t the cleanest of jobs. Big thank you to him for the great customer service! 10/10 would recommend

Service tech Jovani G. was awesome. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He had my main line clear in no time flat and that was on a very old and difficult drain clean out to access and to get around a 90 degree bend in the old pipes. Would highly recommend as I have tried other companies and they are not nearly as fast and professional and great to work with. Thank you!!!

Great service and friendly employees. My sink was leaking and within 24 hours they had sent someone out to fix my problem. They even carried the exact garbage disposal I needed to be replaced so the repair was quick and efficient. There was no mess to clean up and he even took the time to talk to me about other plumbing issues I had concerns about. He was knowledgeable, sincere and I felt like I could trust him to get the job done. ✅

The pipe that lead to outside for the sump pump decided to do an impression of Old Faithful. To be fair, it was a good impression. The downside is it ruined pretty much everything we had in the basement. I called in a moment of literal panic (including yelling an explicit word or two as Old Faithful erupted again much to my chagrin) and the service was overall pretty prompt. The pricing was fair and professional. The gentlemen who serviced my wannabe guiser were understanding and helpful. 10/10 - would recommend

David was amazing! So fast in arriving on time. He was very thorough when looking at my entire house for issues. He fixed my hot water heater that day and 3 hours under estimated time! He did a great job! He educated me on proper maintenance so I wouldn’t have issues in the future. He got the city to get the permits right away for the main water valve shut off and got the main pipe fixed asap. I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was! I will use roto rotor and Dave for all future plumbing repairs!

Shawn arrived punctually and was polite and cheerful. He quickly got set up and cleared out the blockage to the main sewer line. Great service and dependable results!

At 1:32am Christmas morning I got an alert from my alarm system that there was water in the basement. I went down and sure enough the pressure valve on my hot water tank had tripped. The tank was still functioning but there was water leaking from the input line and it was weeping around the top.

I called Roto-Rooter later that morning. I told the representative what had happened but that it was not an emergency requiring immediate attention so she said she would have a technician out the following morning by 11:00am. A little after 10:00am the next day "Richard" contacted me to confirm the appointment and to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem. Went over everything with me and we both agreed the tank needed replaced. The tank was not that old but of course I couldn't find the paperwork. Richard went above and beyond looking up the manufacturer date and then contacted the manufacturer to check the status of any warranty. He gave them all of the information including serial number of the tank and it was determined that the warranty had expired.

Richard started making calls to find a supplier with a replacement tank in stock for immediate pickup and then drove somewhere in the city and picked one up. He spent the afternoon wrestling the old tank out and getting the new tank in place and hooked up. I was impressed that he managed to do what I would have thought was a two-man job by himself. He waited long enough to make sure that that everything was working correctly and even left his card and cell phone number with instructions to "call me if anything goes wrong or if you have any questions.". That kind of service is becoming extremely rare and I hope Roto-Rooter knows what an absolute gem they have with Richard.

Overall, I would give the overall experience a well-deserved five stars.

I scheduled a service over night and then called and moved the time up to sooner and they were able to accommodate the move. We installes new hot water tank and still had no to very little hot water coming out of the spigots. Nick (2496) came out and was great. Turns out that the valve on my hot water tank wasn't turned completely on and he turned it on. Then showed where a small place of pipe that needs replaced. He did it quickly and did a great job. The price he quoted and final price was really close to each other.

Friendly competent serviceman answered all my questions and completed the installation of my sump pump with battery backup quickly. Cleaned up after his work as well. Very pleased with the service.

10 out of 10 experience today. My drain in the basement was backing up and needed it to be snaked immediately. Called Roto Rooter and I had someone show up within 30 minutes same day. DeSean was awesome too and made me laugh. He was able to clear the drain and gave me advice on how to prevent it from happening again. Pricing was very reasonable too. Could not be happier, thanks so much.

Absolutely amazing experience with Stacy. I saved her information and sent it out to every house owner I know. It was incredibly refreshing for someone to explain their thought process to me and seem genuine in wanting to help and educate.

Had a bathroom emergency around noon on Thanksgiving day. I spent all of 5 mins on the phone to set a same-day appointment. They showed up right on time & took care of our issue in all of 15 mins after arriving. Technician was super friendly & helpful. We even got a nice discount for donating towards their food drive. Very reasonable price, especially considering it’s a holiday & we scheduled same-day. Will definitely use again if ever needed!

I’ve been at my address 40 years this year! I had a problem with my water pipes freezing to my washing machine. I have had multiple plumbing companies here (all men) to help with this problem. Roto-Rooter sent a very smart woman to help with this problem. She literally was here 15 minutes and informed me what had to be done. I need an HVAC company not a plumber. Her honesty was so refreshing! With employees like her, I will most definitely calling them with all my future plumbing concerns!! Refreshing!!

I called Roto-Rooter on an extreme emergency basis late on a Friday evening. Help arrived at my home within 45 minutes and solved the problem!! Root- Router is fantastic!!!!

Stacy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was going on. She was also very honest about her thoughts on what was causing the issue as opposed to some plumbers who might cut into the wall first to find an issue. She did tons of tests before this in order to make sure we weren’t being charged needlessly. We will definitely be calling her for help again with any future issues!

Today I had an emergency and from my first call to Rotor Rooter there was nothing but reassurance that they could help! They gave me an expected time to arrive and even called once to say they were running behind. When they showed up I explained my issues and once again I felt they would get things taken care of. Nathaniel and Rick were my technicians. They were polite, explained what they would do, we discussed the cost beforehand to be sure I was comfortable, and they began their work. My husband was out of town and our toilet decided to stop working. We only have the one so I was stressed about trying to figure out what the problem was. I called Roto Rooter and Rick came over and spent time thoroughly examining the areas that were possibly the source of the problem. There was leaking water in the basement as well and he was able to see it was coming from the toilet and pipes. He knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it after only a few minutes of working on it. Cleared the clog in my toilet. I had no idea a clog could cause so much trouble. He fixed it and I now have a working toilet again and can relax a little. My husband will also be relieved everything is working and to know Rick did a great job. Thank you so much Rick!
