Our company, True Home Ohio Property Management, had an amazing experience working with Clear Defense Pest Control Team! Their staff are all friendly and easy to deal with. They know how to communicate well with their clients and no wonder they are all awesome! Over all, we would recommend using their service and we are looking forward working with you again.

First I want to apologize for a previous post I made about this company. It was incorrect and based on incorrect information that was provided to me. I would like to say that Brendan (owner) made a special trip out to my house to make this situation right? I'm very impressed by this, his actions go up and beyond great customer service. I have had this company before and they were very good as I said previously they came out when they said they would did a good job when they were there I had no complaints. This company is great and if you have pest issues I would definitely recommend them I will be using them in the future. I would like to say again I'm sorry for the confusion and thancoming out and making it right have a great day Clear.

I cannot believe the quality of Service you receive from this company and their technicians. My 83 year old grandmother's house had mice during the Christmas holiday and I was able to call and get something set up same day. Keaton is absolutely a pleasure and made us feel like we were family. He was concerned for my grandmother's well being and did everything he could to ensure we were taken care of. Marcus is our technician, he was on his hands and knees making sure he kept my grandmother safe and finding any areas where the rodents could enter. He called me before and after the visit and kept me up to date on every step. 10/10. They helped when we needed it the most - out of state during the holidays. They are also very professional and personable.

Just got our quarterly service done by Pat B. and he did a great job. He arrived on time and explained everything in the service in detail. He covered all the external areas around the house and even serviced our garage interior. He also explained the benefits of our subscription and said we contact CD for any issues. Super friendly too! Really appreciate the service!

We've been using ClearDefense Pest Control for our exterior & garages for more than 6 years. They are great communicators, professional and thorough! Our Technician DeMario is always super polite, with a big smile on his face (regardless of the weather he's out there working in) and lets us know when he gets there and when he's leaving. Couldn't be more happy with ClearDefense or De Mario!

We had our quarterly service done by ClearDefense today and it’s been such a positive experience! Rob was our technician and he was great! He was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!! He was able to answer all our questions and explain the process thoroughly.

Clear Defense Pest Control has done a wonderful job. We had serious mice and bug issues, and we have been pest free for more than a year. Our technician, Dom, came by today for a scheduled treatment and he was professional and friendly.

We have been very happy with Cleardefense Pest Control. We always receive a reminder of when they will be here and they are extremely professional. We had Rob P. service us this past week. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to the pest concerns we had and treated the house inside and out.

I had my quarterly service today and Marcus worked very hard dealing with the mouse issue I have been having. He spent extra time climbing and crawling around both my attic and basement to find entry points, which he filled with steel wool, and gathering the many deceased critters including a squirrel! He made sure I had adequate traps that were properly baited and placed.
He did an excellent job and did not shy away from the 13 dead mice and 1 dead squirrel and was more than happy to remove them for me. By the end he was covered in dust from my basement but the entire time, he was super friendly, very understanding, and always smiling.

Mr Johnson had excellent customer and a wonderful attitude. I can tell he takes his job very serious. I highly recommend him for a raise for his efficiency and hard work. I would be recommending his services to other in any need for the clearDefence services.

Clear defense has been wonderful! They eliminated the insects and roaches that we brought home from our storage place in LA when we moved back to Cincinnati. I love our tech John and also the tech Rob that treated our home today.

Rob P. does an EXCELLENT job each time he treats our home. I’ve noticed virtually no pest activity since he has treated our home. He’s very thorough, personable and leaves me feeling confident our house is well protected.
