The receptionist, BUNNY, just said hold on, like she was sending me to different person to talk or get more information and ACTUALLY sent me to the answering machine. She hung up on me. I thought this must be an accident. I called back a second time, thinking this must be an accident. A person working in healthcare wouldn’t just hang up on me. So, when Bunny answered for the second time I told her you accidentally hung up on me. She said hold on and then hung up on me again. THIS PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!! I’ve dealt with rude staff but this is completely unacceptable, it’s uncaring, she should not be working in the field of HEALTHCARE or a RECEPTIONIST!!!!
I am having a hard enough time finding a doctor to prescribe suboxone but this is by far the ridiculous worst way to be treated. If you don’t take my insurance, I would have self paid. I will be making a formal complaint to someone above you BUNNY!
