This is a great place to get your eyeglasses and eye appointments. Dr. Knight is a very nice , polite eye doctor that takes his time with his patients. A great variety of glasses to pick from too!

Dr. Knight is a great eye doctor! Very thorough and is very conscientious of his patients needs! He also takes time to explain and demonstrate ( where applicable) special problems. He is someone that you can talk to and is ready to explain things and answers your questions.
I am diabetic and he is the only person I want to trust with my eye care !

Quick, friendly staff and such modern technology for our eye appointment! I've never been to an eye doctor before lol but this experience was very thorough and (dare I say 🤔) eye opening 🤣
Turn around for glasses wasn't half bad either.

Dr. Emily Jones is wonderful. She examined my eyes and told me my prescription had changed and suggested I get new glasses after I told her I thought it had. When she knew I chose 2 pair, as I wear sunglasses more than regular clear lenses, she explained that the second pair was part of a bundle deal and eligible for a discount. I require both kinds and had several questions about tinted and mirrored lenses that she answered and was spot on! She made sure my glasses (2 pairs) were adjusted correctly when I got them the first time and then made the necessary readjustments just recently. I've seen the Doc a total of 4 times, 3 myself and once while she examined my husband. Dr. Jones is new to practicing in the Point Pleasant area 4 days a week. She's very attentive to details when doing the exam. She explained my test results and answered the questions I had. The Doc is also trained in a huge variety of procedures r/t the eye and eye area, including minor surgery in her office. She accepts lots of different insurances. She's also willing to talk to your other doctors about anything she finds and not afraid to refer you to another doc if she thinks you need it. Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented, and knows her "stuff", an entire package eye doctor. Trust me.. I've worn glasses and/or contact lenses for 40 plus years and have to see several eyeball docs quite regularly for different reasons. I have to get new glasses yearly, and require a local eye doctor for emergencies and regular vision check ups. My husband is also her pt. He sees her for cataract and vision check ups. Her office is a "one stop eyeball shop" bc of the glasses available to purchase, testing, treatment, and follow up she provides. Overall Dr. Jones is a 5⭐ doc ,very professional and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to follow-up with her or recommend her to anyone who asks about my new fantabulous sunnies!!
Downside is a few of the staff and lack of response. I did have a few issues and that's why I only gave 4 stars. I understand it's a new practice and a learning process and given time, I'm sure the Doc will fix the problems I encountered. One biggie is no upselling! Lay it on me, try to sell me every option for my lenses bc I forgot to ask or there's new ones out there. Show me the super sparkly frames, pull all of them off the displays and lay them on the table in front of me and if I like them, but they don't fit or look bad tell me. Please don't point to the glasses and then disappear. As I'm trying several pair on tell me if I can't get progressive lenses and x,y, and z with that pair. Just don't disappear, if the Doc needs you for a minute then tell me that, and tap another staff to help me if you're going to be gone for awhile. If you can't upsell then learn what you need to, and tell me every option there is and be helpful and honest. Have them ready for the Doc to check my PD and other things she needs to. Doctors sell their expertise and time examining people, that's why they schedule appointments or if it's an emergency they'll push back other appointments to "see" you, its still an appointment. It's the staff's responsibility to get me ready for the exam ( or glasses final fitting) and then be available to her the second she looks up or within earshot in case she needs something. The staff should be assisting me when I'm trying on frames and if the ones I want are too big for my face, or I'm back for an adjustment then explain in a kind and informative way your concerns, but listen to mine and don't run over me. I felt that on my first visit that staff was just new, 2nd visit good, 3rd not so good, 4th much much better. This review is based on several visits and overall Dr. Jones is a winner!! I will be going back!

I have always had good experience with Dr .Knight. Unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. I had numerous problems with the pair of glasses I have now. They had been sent of several times defective and the last time they were sent back there was something wrong with the strength in the bifocal area. He has informed me that he will not help me anymore. Now I have a 500 pair of glasses I cant wear. So, I go to Walmart and hand my glasses to the girl she immediately notices that the lenses were put in backwards..Unbelievable..all Dr Knight had to do was take a second and look at them to make me a happy customer..But instead he chose to be inconsiderate .I will be going to Walmart from now on.

Went to him for years, they stopped taking Eye Med Insurance never sent a letter to us stating he no longer accepts our insurance, heard through word of mouth, very unprofessional…so now I have to find a new eye doctor…very sad to do to your paying patients with insurance instead of state insurance!!!! Not happy
