AT&T Store

I was in the Point Pleasant ATT store yesterday and the manager there was a great help

This is one of the best stores and Medalyen is very kind and attentive to your needs. 10/10 will definitely be back!

Staff are very polite and helpful. Needed a sims card installed and not only did they install it they also set the phone up. I also needed cellular service set up on my watch and they took care of that for me.
I highly recommend this store and will definitely go back.

Friendly employees - very helpful! Great communication and excellent customer service. Drove an hour to this store to upgrade my phone because they were very helpful on the telephone, where my local AT&T store was not. The drive was definitely worth it for the customer service!

I recently purchased a new phone from AT&T in Point Pleasant. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and efficient! This was absolutely the fastest I have ever been able to purchase a new phone!

I had my phone stolen unfortunately I did not have insurance on my phone by mistake was made because I purchased my phone at Walmart in Mason rather than going through an AT&T store and a mistake was done when I financed my phone and they did not add insurance to my plan so I owe $750 for a Samsung S8 that some jackass forgot to push a button and put insurance on my phone
