Great experience with Laurie Cobb and Legacies Realty!!!! Interviewed several realtors when we decided to sell our home and we couldn't have been happier that we went with Laurie. She did such a good job selling our home within days and getting much more than other realtors said we would. She also helped us purchase our new home. She was extremely helpful, informative and professional through out the entire process. Highly recommend!!

Very unprofessional in handling business. Ghosted us in the midst of dealing with significant issues during move-in, then became simply rude in their communications. We have had extremely poor experiences with Laurie and this company. Very disappointing.

So long as Laurie is running the show here you are going to have a bad time. Awful communication, absolutely no willingness to fix things, nickel and dime you on the way out the door. She will try to make you fix things that aren't written in the contract. Upon moving out she will take her sweet time sending your deposit back to you, and not abide by contractual language. Derelict property management at it's finest. Run away from this one.

****EDIT: As you can see by Laurie's response this is the style of communication you can look forward to by working with her. Nothing is her fault apparently. Save yourself the trouble.

I contacted Laurie to find a renter for a downtown Cincinnati condo.
Big mistake!! In this hot market, the unit should have rented with -in 7-14 days. There was a serious lack of communication. I contacted her after about six weeks, expressing my concerns ….Got a snarky email response. I could go on and on! After this mess I contacted another agent for a second condo I wanted to lease, only took 3 days to get the job done. You have been warned.

Probably the worse company to deal with. Does not follow through with fixing issues that arise in the house (leaking dishwasher, broken freezer, etc.). Instead she said “oh we will have a maintenance company come and fix it” and nothing is ever done. Then gets an attitude towards you when you contact the owner weeks later. Was not prepared for the final walk through with the paper we filled out. Then after we move out asks us if there was a problem with the freezer. Umm pretty sure this was discussed and put in a work order 🤦🏼‍♀ Get it together.

professalism is well need with this lady maybe she needs to read up on housing discrimanation and if your going to have a family business make sure the kids are aware of the policys so that no misinformation can be given but that smart as mouth will ruin your business ma just an fyi you never know who your deal with on the other end

Don't park your company vehicle on the discharge bridge of Mercy West Hospital and leave your vehicle. It's so rude and disgusting and self centered.
