Pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. When they saw a big surge in usage, they gave me a call, so I could check for leaks.

I gave them 3 stars because they finally came up with a way for us to not have to drive in there to pay our bill. That’s better but They start calling as soon as your late which is annoying. If I had it I wouldn’t be late right? A few days late come on.

Online payment should be free. You can pay inperson with the same card that costs u $4.50 online or over the phone. I call BS on that, or u can use 2 other services that hook directly to your bank account perpetually. Noooo. Still u get charged. They dont accept direct payment from bill pay at your bank either causing charges there per check. Go figger.

Let's put it this way, If I could post in the neg, I would. I've worked for utility companies for 30 years, first rule...take care of your customers, they pay your salaries. It so appears that we have this same arrogance growing in ALL .gov agencies, local, state and federal. Why did we break free from King George way back when?

This place is the worst... our water bill was due bimonthly for the past two years since moving to Mason Co. then two days after paying the bill i got another bill in the mail for the same month saying it was due monthly...??? They dont take debit cards and the only way to pay is in person with cash... THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED EVERY TIME I GO THERE TO PAY usually its the day before it is due! 25 dollar reconnection fee...then it takes 1-2 days to get reconnected. Dont move to Mason Co. WV if you still want to live in this century.

You have to show up in person to sign up for services they stop taking applications at 4pm. They told us we needed a "permission slip" from the land owner then when we presented that it was rejected. Extremely difficult people to work with by far WV American Water is easier but we are stuck with PSD Nazis.

Lady tried to tell me that the top of my bill is my receipt. I have gotten actual paper receipts from here a couple of times. She refused to give to get out of her chair and get me a receipt. No one is friendly at all here. If I could switch companies I would!

Aside from terrible customer service. Apparently the customer needs to pay on their monthly water bill weekly. We were disconnected for $95 and then charged $25 to reconnect. With no other options this is what having public water has come too. Best of luck to other customers.

Water is constantly ruining clothes with red stains.. They do keep stuff on hand they will give you to get the red stains out because obviously they are aware of the issue, I suppose thats easier than fixing the issue that causes it in the first place...

Water Company needs to move up to the 21st Century and allow online bill pay. Really ridiculous that they can't be like Gallipolis Water Dept. Wish I could do my water else where but don't have a choice.

It's 2018, so why is Mason County PSD still only taking payments in person, with cash ONLY?

Why do they not have a website with online payment options?

Everyone but Laura is rude and act like they hate their jobs. Acts like it will kill them to get up

Threatening 90 yr old lady to turn off water for less than $24!!! Won't take payment from family with credit cards!! How cruel you people are!!!

Doesn't accept debit cards or over the phone payments in the 21st century.
