Old Time Pottery

First time I've actually had time to walk around this new location in Parma. Very clean, lots of space and tons of products to choose from. The staff was great and very helpful too. Will have to come back again soon.

I was recently in Parma and had the opportunity to check out your store. I’m very impressed with how big and well put together it is. A lot of times stores like this start to look cluttered and disorganized but you keep a beautiful store. So much to choose from. Good pricing. Very friendly associates. Very clean aisles. Bathroom was immaculate. When we’re back in the area we will most definitely stop again. Keep up the good work!!!

One of my favorite stores. So much to look at! Recently moved to Parma, the store is bright, clean and neat. They have everything you could want or need for your home. Great seasonal and floral dept.

Bought a Xmas tree a couple weeks back and discovered, too late, it had no stand. Long story, but in the end, the store did make it right by opening a box of a similar tree and giving me a stand for the tree! I don't know who the manager was the first time I was there that told me they didn't come with stands and the store didn;t sell them. But the staff member that made a few calls to my house to inform me otherwise, was so helpful! I went back to store, everyone knew me, and I explained about my tree in some detail. The sales associate opened a box and gave me a stand from another tree for my tree! Problem solved in time for for the holidays!

I come here from time to time for the pet section but I love to browse around. Really great selections store is upkept really well. Always see workers around working and helping customers. Customer Service is great. Love that it moved closer to me.

Very impressed by inventory and cleanliness. I wasnt really in the market to buy anything, just checking out the new location so I cant comment on the prices. Plenty of patio cushions, accent chairs, bed linens/comforters, mirrors, artificial floor plants, area rugs.

Old Time Pottery is one of my favorite stores! They have a little bit of everything and their prices are awesome. I love checking out the seasonal items as well as getting everyday items that I need for my home. I highly recommend coming here instead of other home stores because they have so much more variety and better prices overall. My family has been shopping here for 10 years and we will continue to shop here for years to come.

I always, always have such a good experience in this store! I love the variety and most importantly the great prices. My cashier (I didn't get her name😑) she was truly a breath of fresh air! She asked me, "who was I going to bury? I purchased a clay pot shaped like an urn😂. She was exceptionally nice and quick witted!

This was my first time going here. I really enjoyed walking through the aisles. Lots of Halloween and fall decor. They were also starting to put out the Christmas decor😍 Great selection and prices. I'll definitely be going back again soon

LOVE OLD TIME POTTERY...they have everything in lots of colors, sizes & pricing is reasonable! I don't get to shop very often but when I can, I usually spend a couple of hours checking out the inventory & looking for new seasonal decorations. Their 50% off red tag is fun to look for thru out the store!

Freshing to see different decor at a great price. Disappointing that I had to walk all the way back to the store to get my mom a taped up wheelchair to so we could shop. The staff was very nice and the store was clean. We would return.
