Olivia W. is incredible! Had a very stressful situation - NOT caused by their office. She took control immediately so I did not have to go back and forth with information during my workday, and this was information I couldn’t properly relay myself. She contacted customer service multiple days, was in constant and speedy communication with me. She made my worries be at ease, her customer service and empathy is unbeatable! Thankful for her empathy and amazing customer service when dealing with something unexpected and stressful. Thank you again Olivia!

I would say that Olivia's persistence paid off. When I decided to make a switch it was her messages that I constantly encountered. As for my experience today...it was seamless. I am not trusting of insurance agents due to past experiences. She brought my cost down dramatically and it appears that I got comparable coverage to what I had. Thank you for being patient with my indecision and questions. I hope this will be a longstanding change.
