Terrible customer service I was just transferred to this agency and the first moment I spoke with Angela I heard all types of noise in the background. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant!! She didn't let me get one word out and kept asking me the same question due to not listening. I wouldn't recommend her to a dog.

I started with this agency back in February of this year Miss Angela Williams started off very nice the communication was on point I never had to call this woman at all until I want my due date in June of this year she did not tell me that she was going to rewrite my policy she did inform me that it was going to change a little bit and she told me how much it would change but when I looked at my app to go and see what the change would cost me it was not the change that she said it was a totally different change I had to call this lady 14 times in order for her to answer the phone and finally when she did answer the telephone and I told her that I called another Allstate to get information on my policy she claims she did not know the policy was rewrote until she looked into it for herself she Fail to communicate that information with me very poor communication skills I don’t leave messages on peoples answering machines because people don’t return phone calls anymore what’s the purpose of having a secretary in your office if your secretary never answers the phone and this is my personal opinion

I had this insurance company for over 17 years. When the worst storm to hit my city in years happened, my roof got damaged from the rain, which leak into my living room, caused the ceiling to fall, damaged the flat screen from the water, and the wood floor. The storm caused major water in my basement everything on my basement floor was flooded. Make a long story short they gave me $2000.00 total.
There’s no one too repair a roof at that price.
So remember there Slogan “your in good hands with All state” until something happens then, it changes to “hands up in the air!!” I WOULD NEVER recommend using this insurance company at all!!!!!!
