Bowling's Carpet

This is the second time we have used Bowling Carpets. They installed luxury vinyl planking and it looks great. The employees are very friendly and trustworthy. I am very happy with the flooring they installed. The owners are also great people and easy to work with.

Bowling gave us a good price on the carpet for our master bedroom and closet. The installers showed up early and finished well before expected. We paid them to have furniture moved out/returned and they took extreme care and even polished off the dust before leaving. Was very happy to do business with a locally owned business that truly cares about its customers!

We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in our entire finished basement. From our first meeting with the Bowling family, to the last inspection, our expectations were exceeded in every way. Wish I would have listened to the excellent reviews years ago when we had our main floor changed to hardwood. We had a very mediocre experience with the major company we used. Bowling has great products, prompt service, and every deadline was met totally on time. The installers were professional and courteous, and well experienced with installation. Who doesn't like to hear people singing while they work??! Can't recommend them enough!

We were referred to Bowling's Carpet from a neighbor who used them recently. We had LVP put throughout our whole first floor, stairs and portion of upstairs. Huge project. Pricey yet reasonable and they did a great job. We get many compliments. The guys arrived on time every day and worked hard. The few items that needed minor adjustment/fix, they came back for with no issue. They guarantee their work for a year and stand behind the products they sell (medium to high end products). I love that it is a family run business so you always know who you are working with and communication is a non-issue. You can always reach someone and/or get a quick response. We would definitely use Bowling's again and will recommend them to others.

Bowling Carpet is a family-owned business and they really give personalized service. They helped me select carpet. The install by the crew of Antonio was excellent. I have used Bowling Carpet twice. Both times provided quality product, install, and customer service. I will use them for any flooring needs in the future.

Carpet install went great. Very satisfied. The furniture was handled properly and was put back in its' original room position. Cleanup was appropriate and the crew was excellent to interact with. Our job was 6 rooms, a hallway, and a stairway.

Nice people, great price! If you're looking for quality carpet, this is the place. Installers did an awesome job, cleaned up the old padding dust and vacuumed everything before they left. Would definitely come back if I need carpet again!

Family owned business with helpful, polite, honest, and friendly service. I got to know each member of the family by their first name and felt that they truly wanted me to happy. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy from them, and because of that, I genuinely wanted to give them my business. This was a pretty easy process all around. I was able to easily pick out what I wanted, they quickly sent out someone to measure, I went in to place the order and pay half down, they placed my order, and a little over two weeks later (when my carpet came in), it was installed. The installation crew was courteous and worked very hard. It was done in a few hours and looks absolutely beautiful.

I am VERY happy with my purchase. I found the same brand, but in a more luxurious weave, for less money than I could find anywhere else locally.

My ONLY complaint is that I did not receive a call prior to installation to give me a time. I had the day but had no idea what time they would be there. They were there first thing in the morning, at about 8:30am. I am fine with that but I would have liked some confirmation on when to expect them that day.

Honestly, it was not a big deal and I am very happy with the outcome. I have more flooring projects in the future and I will be using them again.

Our first experience with Bowling Carpet after being here less than two years was outstanding. We floored the kitchen and found what we wanted at their store priced out in less than one day and installed in less than two weeks.
The crew showed up and worked straight thru till finished about four hours plus. Workmanship was excellent in all areas. We could not have been or could be more pleased with our experience with Bowling's Carpet.
