The pulled pork sandwhich with hot BBQ sauce is the way to go! It's so good. The cornbread is a must for a side. We also tried the nachos with mixed BBQ sauce. They were very good! The workers are always nice and the place is always clean! Thanks, we will be back!

They have one of the best pork ribs I've ever eaten. The texture and flavor were enough to make your eyes roll back in your head!! I never gar sauce because I want to taste the pork, the rub, and the smoke. They have this down to perfection, as well as the beans and slaw. Its well worth the trip.

The food was really good. There was no line and we got ordering immediately. My food was ready in only a minute or two. The food was really tender and the Mac was extremely good and cheesy. The green beans were fresh and delicious. The people were nice and the food was great!

The food was delicious. Pulled pork and pork loin. Not crazy about their serving plates. A metal tray with a black paper on it. Not a great presentation of the food.

They have great food, IF you ask for the trimmings off the brisket. Otherwise it's too dry. Got good flavor on everything though. I asked for thr trimming for my brisket, then it was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful with this.

Took our four year old granddaughter… loved the fries and chicken. But we needed a doggie box. We asked if she wanted to go to counter and get one. I suggested she mimic opening and closing a box and saying “woof woof”. Off she went on a quest. When she returned after a somewhat lengthy wait… clutching a box, I was pleasantly surprised that it was already full of pulled pork! Not sure what she said, but she, we and our dogs were ecstatic! I absolutely love this place, some of the best barbecue I have ever had. Great Value, Great Food! For the money you can't go wrong here. EXCELLENT

First time eating there and loved it

Oh my word, this place is amazing!! We sat down for lunch and both had chopped brisket sandwiches with different sides. But that sandwich! Smoked and tender! This is the kind of place that, when you leave completely full, the food STILL smells good! (And the bathroom was clean)

This time brought the whole clan here for my wife’s birthday. We wanted something nice, but casual for small grandchildren. Picky eaters found something on the menu they would eat. Our greeter and server recognized right away that we would need the larger area that was the reserved section.

There is only one word to describe this place: PERFECT 😍💪🏻
The food is amazing, the staff so friendly and a perfect service. My favorite is the meet combo and the polish sausage 😍

The food here is great but a little pricey.

The pulled pork and smoked turkey were both smoked to perfection and juicy! The sweet cornbread, macaroni n cheese and coleslaw were just as delicious. I got the mix sauce which was part heat and mild, which had exceptional flavor with a perfect mix of the two. I would highly recommend stopping in if you like BBQ and just great food! Only complaint I have is they're not in West Michigan.

First time stopping in for dinner here. Very good food, very clean and great service. I had the half chicken with honey bbq sauce. Oh my gosh - so tender and delicious! Will definitely be back for more!

The BEST brisket ever!! Hickory River beats ALL the other Bar B Q places within 200 miles! 💯 The food is ALWAYS good! Never disappointed when we eat here in all the years we have been coming to this location. Highly recommend Hickory River Smokehouse.

Some the best food ever! Great portions and such great tasting food. The Mac n cheese and okra was just out of this world and that honey BBQ sauce is just incredible!!! Can't wait to have it again soon.

Great staff.....friendly and glad to be there. Daily lunch special. Very affordable. Evening meals are affordable with a great selection.
