Excellent store for unconventional boats on the water and all the accessories for them

Best raft ever. Everything about it was top notch materials, clean welds, it just looks nice..... BUT rows even better. Was nervous stepping away from my hard sided drift boat thinking I may not be able row with the same precision etc. Wrong, it handles great and so far is much tougher than I expected.

Customer service was excellent for me, always got through on the phone and everything went as they said it would... no run around or anything. I paid a premium price but considering what you get, you're not touching really any other raft of this caliber for less.

Great quality product, great customer support. Both Ethan and Andy are good people. I've ran on the mad River, and Miami. Will be taking it to the Pere Marquette in the near future

Extremely happy with my big shoals raft and service. My friends and family all love the boat and wish they had this one over other brands. Get it, you won't regret it!

Wonderful service

received a large boat dolly from SmithFly that broke on the third day of usage. They say they haven’t broken one yet. After months (!!), the company finally stepped up and apparently will send a new one..

I purchased little shoals mid December 2023 & wasn’t aware of any delays when Ethan did the invoice for the boat. I reached out to Ethan last month when It was supposed to be done. He did respond with his problems & I tried to get anything in return for the deposit of $2700.00 like a frame, ect. But I tried to organize something, but I didn’t receive anything or any real assistance. I eventually called my Bank of America credit card & they refused my money. Ethan got pissed at me for doing this, but it seems like I was a lucky one. I was patient & considerate of the circumstances.

My buddy and I went in on a little shoals raft in September 2023. It is now March 2024, and after tireless efforts to get our raft or money, we still have NOTHING. I want to feel bad for a small American business going under, but can't in this situation. SmithFly / Ethan made EGREGIOUS mistakes, and here is an outline of the them:

#1 Their website was (and still is) accepting orders. Anytime you have a massive supply chain issue, the common sense thing to do is STOP operations. Turn off ecommerce POS, publicize the issues, and deal with ONLY the preexisting orders. Don't take on more responsibilities you can't handle.

#2 They continued to make sales in order to get cash on hand that they could apply to refunds from previous unfulfilled sales. In business operations terms, this INCREASING your LIABILITY (new unfulfilled orders) in order to MINIMIZE other LIABILITY (old unfulfilled orders). This is a vicious cycle reminiscent of a textbook Ponzi Scheme.

Now my buddy Joe and I have to get lawyers involved and probably spend more $ pursuing this than the value of our refund. Pathetic. DO NOT buy from them.
