Great store & reps here but every interaction with customer service at Verizon is a circle if he'll. As I write this, we are sitting in the store. They've been trying to call in & fix a small credit issue but it's been 45 minutes & phone rep keeps putting us on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. At least there's no recorded "your call is important to us" message - that could cause a brain bleed. Good times...

Had a great experience with this team. Worked a pretty complicated issue that took a lot of time and patience. They stayed late to make sure I had working service before I left. I’ll definitely do my shopping here from now on!

Had a great experience with Scott today. Came in with an issue with me sim. He helped troubleshoot all possible avenues, eventually it led to being an issue with the phone. I was ready to upgrade anyways, but it was made even easier with Scott. The man deserves the best as he is extremely friendly, helpful, can multi-task like none other.

10/10 will return again and ask for Scott. Thanks!

I went into the Reynoldsburg Verizon store on E. Broad trying to buy an IWatch. I was trying to pay with a gift card. Jamie was very helpful. Although they didn’t have the watch in stock, and couldn’t honor my gift card, Jamie took his time and resources and found a simple way for me to make my purchase. He knew that he wasn’t going to make a sale, yet helped me anyway. Thank you Jamie! Well done sir!
