My fiancé and I were looking for a really personalized experience and we wanted to work with people who genuinely cared about our wants and would take the time to walk us through all the different options we could look at for a ring. From the very start of reaching out to Lisa to book an appointment to working with her and Bianca to try on practically every ring shape & size they had in the store - their patience and dedication to going above and beyond in order to to help me pick out a ring I would be happy with was a very special experience. I can’t wait to visit again to get our wedding bands!

Everything about working with the Jewelry Vault was seamless and a truly genuine experience! I reached out to Lisa and Bianca after I decided to propose on a trip to Italy I had planned with my fiancé. Every phone call and Email from that day on was a breeze. They answered every question I had and gave me recommendations to help ease my uncertainties. The Ferraguto family even worked with my rotating work schedule to ensure the whole process remained a secret! Lisa walked me through all the options from metal types down to the best prong type to suit the stone. After being provided a few options, we decided on a custom design and I couldn’t have been happier with the end result. Every detail that I envisioned and wanted became reality when I saw the ring. The best part is that they were able to make the whole ring design process happen from across the country over 1,400 miles away! I cannot thank Lisa and Bianca enough for making Daniella’s Italian dream come true!

I can’t recommend this place enough - as a man, jewelry shopping can be daunting but they are consistently helpful each and every time I’ve shopped here. How did I not know about this lovely family run business? I went in to look for a 18th birthday present for my daughter and had the best experience. Bianca helped me and definitely understood what items were going to be the right choices. She nailed it with her suggestions and I’m plan to do all of my future shopping there. They offer a very nice curated collection of on trend jewelry and beautiful traditional styles as well. Their prices are very fair and I went back a week later to get my ring appraised while I waited at an event they were holding! Full service!

My experience at the Jewelry Vault was nothing less than perfect. Over 4 years ago they fitted my now fiancé when I went in to get a watch fitted. It was so early in our relationship I thought nothing of it, but to go back over 4 years later they still had her ideal fitting under my name in their system and I’m forever grateful. Then the day I went in to pick it out, I was welcomed warmly and talked through everything (as I needed with 0 jewelry knowledge). She has said yes, that it is her dream ring, and cries once a week looking at it! Cant thank them enough!

I highly recommend the Jewelry Vault. I wanted to have my engagement ring re-set and didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Lisa, Jimmy and Lee were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I went back multiple times before making a decision, and they really spent the time to make sure I was happy with what I chose. I opted to have them make a custom setting that would tie in the look of my wedding band. I picked it up yesterday and was blown away by how beautiful it was. I couldn’t be happier. They are truly amazing at what they do! They also refurbished my wedding band and it looks brand new. Can’t say enough about the Jewelry Vault - super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, fair pricing, fast service. I will definitely be back!!

Today was my first time visiting the jewelry vault. I was pleasantly surprised. The owner Lisa and her daughter Bianca couldn’t have been more helpful. They were both professional and personable. I walked in there thinking I wanting one thing, and with Lisa’s help, left there wanting something totally different. Something better! Such a great experience at the Jewelry Vault in North Reading. I was able to get my grandmother’s ring resized and fixed so I can wear it everyday. You can trust them with your family heirlooms as they treat you like family! Beyond grateful to them

I wanted to reset my wedding band & engagement ring. I went to the jewelry store where I have purchased all my jewelry since 2003 & they weren't very helpful. I had brought pictures of rings I liked, but they kept showing me just what they had. I had gone to The Jewelry Vault years ago for a watch battery & remembered that they were really nice so I decided to try there. Lisa was friendly, helpful knowledgeable & patient (I was there 1.5 hours). I felt like Goldilocks & The Three Bears. I would like one part of a ring, but not another. Lisa kept showing me rings until I saw the one. I picked up my ring & it was more beautiful than I had hoped. Lisa, Jimmy & Sherry are awesome & The Jewelry Vault will be my go to from now on.
