Justin has been wonderful helping with a new phone purchase and answered all my questions. Excellent service. Patient with customers! He sold me phones in 2020 and now again in 2024. Bryan, OH is lucky to have such a great resource.

The staff here are very professional, compassionate as they used their knowledge to help me solve two issues that needed to be addressed I was frustrated about. The manager was very polite as he showed me how to fix one of my problems. Highly recommend this store.
