Leave it to me to turn every convenience store into a tourist attraction. But also, it was so photogenic inside

I went into the store (Ashland rd) on 12/11/2023 around 3:45-4 am. Said good morning and asked if she(Ms. Lisa) was going to brew the bold blend, she replied "No" in a nasty time with an attitude. I walked over to the machine and told her the "O" ring came in for it because the manager had informed me it needed to be replaced. Again, in a nasty tone with an attitude, she replies "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT"! I tapped the machine and told her that the "O" ring needed to be replaced I did not know if it had or not or if she just hadn't gotten around to brewing the coffee.
12/13/2023 went to the same location to buy cigarettes, Ms. Lisa was working..
She spoke, and I told her " I was in a day ago and did not appreciate your attitude or tone, that there is a way to speak to people. You could have simply said the machine side that we brew the bold blend in is down". Her reply was "If you don't like me you can simply go somewhere else"!
I told her to call her manager.
She called her Mgr, Jo Jo. Who is simply AMAZING! She however is not. She's a poor representation of the company as well as her fellow employees that work there and I voiced this to the manager. Working with customers isn't the job for her. Rating the store itself and other employees hands down 5 stars, but this particular employee needs to be terminated. Her attitude is simply disgusting!

I have been a customer since 1999.. for the last 2 years everytime I go in the line is a mile long and I get carded for cigarettes. I am 40yrs old and am older then 90% of their employees.. extremely aggravated and refuse to go back after today.
