Man, walking into this place is like traveling back in time to when employees were nice and helpful. If ever there was a place worthy of the slogan, "shop small", Boliantz is it. From the moment you walk through the door, you'll feel like a valued customer. The staff always asks you if they can help. And despite what you might think about sml hardware shops, this place has an EXCELLENT inventory. So, save yourself a trip out to one of the big stores in Ontario and give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

Very helpful people. Have a wide variety of things. From tools to hardware to nuts and bolt. It's definitely a great hardware store.

Great family hardware store in Mansfield, Ohio that carries delicious maple syrup from the Sauder Family Farm❤among countless supplies/equipment for home projects.

The customer service is top notch, they're always helpful and kind. They had the exact screws needed for the back of our dryer and she located them very quickly!

Best hometown hardware store, we need them to open one in Ontario. You get customer service the minute you walk in the door something you can't get at the big box store.

Boliantz Hardware has the feel of a small town mom and pop hardware store, in a larger town.

I was surprised by the intimate, personal feel of the store, and I was very pleased with the service I received. The clerk was attentive and knowledgeable. I was in and out in minutes.

Although I spent a *bit* more than I would have spent at a big box store, the location was right, close to downtown, the service was great, and I ended up saving time which I'd have spent driving seven miles farther to a bigger, "less expensive" store.

If you have never been to Boliantz Hardware, you might be surprised to see an actual hardware store! You know like they used to be, personal service, friendly, knowledgeable and they actually carry the merchandise!
Now, there's always customers in there, so it's not like running into a 7-Eleven to get something super fast, but when you ask about something they know what you're talking about!
Honestly, it's never a long wait anyway.
To me, that's worth its weight in gold!
They can direct you to where it is, but are even more willing to help - by going back there with you and helping you finish your selection - correctly!
It may seem a little quaint, but I really enjoy going to this hardware store!

Great hardware store. They have been there for as long as I can remember. You can easily get help from knowledgeable employees that know the products that they sell.

No matter what day or time I go to this store, someone ALWAYS greets me & asks if I need help with anything. I really appreciate this because I am older & dime days my mobility is more limited & it's very helpful to not have to Walsall through a store to find a specific nur & bolt, screw, etc. The employees have ALWAYS been very helpful, friendly, & courteous (even when it's close to closing time. A big thank you to the staff at Boliantz Hardware!!

Had what I needed and did not have to drive to Ontario to get what I needed

The place is very warm and friendly. Staff is highly trained and motivated to assist you. The only store where you have a cashier's count your money back to you. The cashier Cindy was a delight and very knowledgeable with the product. If it wasn't for her I would have gotten the wrong size filter for my furnace. Thank you, Boliantz for servicing Madison township all these years!

Love the people they always have what you need yes prices are high but ur supporting your local business an I don't mind... the people make it worth it.

Total enjoyable shopping experience! So very helpful. I lived in my place for almost a year with out a shower head. Tried many things and many stores. Finally, at this store, I got the help I needed. Finally enjoying my shower!
