Delicious food!! Great location, the staff are very helpful.

My boyfriend & I went tonight and it was the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle!! The three woman working were all so amazing. My boyfriend had let the shorter blonde woman know that cilantro tastes like soap to him & she let him know that they offer rice without it and was super cool about it, she had a great attitude and was awesome. The other two ladies, one at toppings and the one checking us out had great attitudes and great conversational skills. They made our bowls really great & the food tasted awesome. The atmosphere was really the best we’ve ever had.

There is no employees. The ones they have are awesome. Give a raise out they deserve it. The food is great but if your employees are overworked and not treated properly......well how do you expect to have a successful business.

Carry out order online. Showed up about 5 minutes early. Sat and waited a minute when a worker came out and asked me if I was picking up an order. Promptly brought me order when I gave him the name. Food was fresh and delicious.

We ordered on the app and the food was ready exactly when we arrived. The girl who was packaging our meal literally put the receipt on the bag and handed it to me. The restaurant was very clean and the portion was good, fresh and staff very friendly. Thank you! 🌶

This Chipotle makes ontario Chipotle feel like a shifty food truck, I will drive out of my way to get it here because of how consistent the food and service is. Definitely recommend this Chipotle.

I’ve been to this Chipotle one other time and they definitely didn’t disappoint.. The ling was a bit long but they got through it quick. The items were made properly and they stacked it high. Had to bring home the leftovers.. 5/5 keep up the good work.

I love Chipotle but the last few year I felt like prices had been crazy expensive (as is everything), so I've been trying to avoid going as much. However, I was staying at a nearby hotel in Mansfield and wanted food so I decided to order ahead on my app.

This was the first time in a LONG time I sent in a mobile order and felt like I was given a normal portion (burrito bowl). It was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly when I came in. Very very happy with my experience here :)

I’ve given up on chipotle being as decent as they were when they first opened. But this one changed my mind! Heading home from out of town, we placed mobile app order so just ran in to grab our things, seemed fine. But the food was the best ever! Whoever crafted my bowl deserves a raise please! Evenly distributed with fresh ingredients. Also didn’t skimp on the servings, much appreciated!!

I've had carry out food here probably 20 times over the past three years...have yet to get a bad meal or bad service. I trust this restaurant.

Very fast, very fresh great job to the managers for hiring Emily, she keeps the store very clean.

Had a lifestyle bowl that was really good. I guess these are only available on the app cause I don't see it on the menu. It's more of a salad. No beans or rice, but you can add them if you want. Wish there was a bit more of the lettuce mix but was really good.

had two bowls, a sofrito and vegetable. delicious and filling. courteous folks running it.

wanted to leave a review because as of last weekend, there was no liquor license so if you're looking for a Patron margarita or Sol to drink with your lunch or dinner, you won't get it here.

Hey - I loved it. Tried the new chicken and it was delicious! Ample portions and everyone behind the counter seemed glad to help out. A well oiled machine, this kitchen. Everything is prepared and served up in plain site. We'll be back next time!

Superbowl Sunday..Great job..workers

So this is Chipotle. Some people don't seem to understand that you get...uhhh...chipotle here. So with that in mind, this is a pretty well run little outpost. I lived in Columbus for ten years and it's lousy with these places so I've had a lot of different experiences and this one stands out. Not only have they pretty much always had our order correct and done on time when ordering through the app, the quality has actually steadily been improving since at least as long as I've been in this area to order, so the last 2 years. Everything is not only well prepared and tastes good, but when we order online I find that increasingly it looks like it was put together with a good deal of care. Everything is well balanced, evenly distributed, and just looks appealing. Maybe it's having just a bit more time to devote to it, or just a particularly conscientious crew. But I'm really very pleased at what I get for the price.

So why write this now? Well, I ordered late last night with our food expected to be done about 20 mins before they closed. I hate to do this having worked in various service and kitchen environments, but we all have our reasons sometimes. Anyway, when picking it up I was informed they had run out of chips. Oh well, I thought. It was pretty close to closing and it was really just an extra so I'll save a few bucks tonight. Not only did someone immediately let me know what happened, but offered us free chips and queso (what we had ordered) next time and still gave us the queso even if they couldn't give us chips. Now that is some very good customer service. So I decided since usually people save a review for the one time something went very wrong, I thought I'd write one when finally because I was very pleased. Sure, they ran out of chips. Whatever. Things go wrong sometimes. It's more about how you handle it when they do. For the first time I've had an issue in 2 years, I'd say job very well done. Thanks.

As a city dweller, I get so used to my easy access to quality local restaurants. Here in rural America, and most especially at this stop in the road, there is no local option just chains. I am thankful for this Chipotle, which has good options, sustainably sourced. That is unlikely to be able to be said of the dozen or so other restaurants in this location.
The service was also excellent.
