Firehouse Subs Millcreek

I am very impressed with this firehouse subs location. I travel all throughout the valley for work, often late at night; and firehouse is one of my favorite stops. A lot of the time the employees are eager to get home later in the evening leading to sloppy sandwiches or bad attitudes. That was not the case at all at this location. The employees were top notch friendly despite me walking in 20 minutes before close. And the sandwich was not sloppy at all; it was apparent that they took their time preparing it. I will drive out of my way to go to this location again.

My favorite sub chain. I’d say a step above jersey mikes, subway, and Jimmy John’s.

Very tastey subs. I got the club on a sub. Combo, with a drink and chips. I had it Doordashed to me.

The quality of food at this location is consistently excellent. Mario is always SO friendly and kind! He has the best customer service of any employee I've seen in a long time. The place is always clean and runs efficiently. I love this location!

The food was so delicious. Fast and friendly service. A really clean, fresh atmosphere, they have firefighter bunker coats, air packs, and a mural inside. And I love the cause, our first responders deserve a lot more support.

This is my first time trying the New York Steamer and it is amazing!!! The pastrami and beef brisket worked really well together and the mustard, mayo, and Italian dressing which I didn't think would work together totally did and added a whole new dimension to the sandwich. I will definitely be trying this sandwich again and again and again!

When I am really hungry & want brisket, this is my favorite. I Love this Brisket Sub! It has a great smoky flavor, and with the BBQ sauce & cheddar it can't be beat. Once you have had one, it will keep you coming back for more!

I love going here! The are so nice and do such a good job preparing the food. Did always tastes great! I love the new York stranger and BBQ brisket.

The sandwiches are so delicious. The whole place is clean and has great aromas. The best cherry 🍒 lime aid.

My first visit was very satisfying. I got the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket and wolfed it down before I could snap a photo. My wife got the New York Steamer. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the food came out relatively quick. Highly recommended.

The small is 4" the medium is 8" and the large is 12". My wife ordered a medium, and they brought out a small by mistake. They fixed the order quick and gave us a cookie for our troubles. This place is great!

They have killer subs. The menu isn't huge but it doesn't need to be. They have perfected the ones they have. It's not real close so I only eat here about once a month, but it's a great treat to spoil myself.

We went to this location close to closing time last night because my teen daughter was begging for a meatball sub. Jenny and Noel were very helpful and quickly made our sandwich and even offered a pickle. They were polite and cheerful. I really appreciated their great service. It is hard to find these days!

Always good food at Firehouse. Seemed like a pretty new restaurant. They were out of Dr. Pepper in the soda machine.

Ordered a steak and cheese. And I loved it great sub and employees as well. I will be back again for another sub.

Don’t know why this location has any reviews that are less than 5 stars.
Sandwiches are always exactly as you order it, and are always fresh.
They could easily charge more for their food because of the quality but they don’t and they keep it at a really good value. The rewards that you go through the app make it an absolute no brainier.
Firehouse subs is my go to sandwich place.

The lady helped us with finding out if the bbq sauce was gluten free which was nice clean dining area not super busy

This location is always so nice. The food is good. The service is fast.

Stop in and try the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sub while it's in town. It's a great deal and so unique.

If you need a quick lunch and a sub sounds good, I'd suggest stopping by. There is accessible parking and entrances.
