Great place to live. Excellent management and they keep up on everything

It's an old school!

These apartments are nice

All management care about is filling empty apartments. Things don’t get get fixed.

They evicted tenants during the covid eviction ban, the landlord was an absolute cold, cruel person that was not at all personable and only cared about money. Never up kept with any parking lot maintenance or apartment management. Absolutely not a welcoming place

The owners think their only job is to collect the monthly rent check. Tenants had to go to the local news to get some action on the broken air conditioning system during the hottest summer on record. The owner also appeared on camera and came across as the cold, condescending, absentee landlord she is. It was a hilarious PR miscalculation that backfired. Basic maintenance requests are procrastinated on in hope that you forget or get tired of following them up. There are better, less-expensive places to rent from with ownership that appreciates your tenancy in Janesville. Save yourself the aggravation and circumvent this money pit.

Extremely slow to get anything fixed. They only care about getting a check every month from us and everyone else.

The entire contents of my storage unit were mistakenly thrown away.
