Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Concord

This hotel was really exceptional. It's in a very safe, quiet location. The rooms were clean and extremely nice. The staff was kind and helpful. The public areas such as the lobby and other amenities looked very upscale and clean.
I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for work for over a year now. The hotel is top notch, convenient to my work, and the staff is exceptional. Ruby, Zack, Chelsea, Kim, Trish and Shane at the front desk always go above and beyond to welcome me and make my extended stays something to look forward to. Additionally, Jess with Food & Beverage is an outstanding member of the staff, who always goes out of her way to make my lengthy stays tolerable. The entire staff at the hotel should be commended!

Never have reviewed a hotel, even after staying in multiple good and bad locations. This property could have been a Ritz-Carlton with the attention to detail in the common areas. The rooms are excellent and the whole place looks and feels fresh. Anytime I plan to be near Boston, I will stay here.

This Marriot us newer and therefore in good shape and clean. The rooms are very nice and the hotel is very close to Concord, which is also nice. When we stay here we use it as a base of operations for day trips to Boston, Ipswich and Essex, even up into Maine. It's a great location. Free breakfast id decent and there is a full bar at night.

Great hotel, we really liked the room though the HVAC is a bit loud.

Literally 5 minutes away from MGH. Rooms were clean. Quiet.

Easily the best hotel within a 15 mile radius. Compared with other Residence Inns, this one is in a quiet location with the backside up against nature. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean. The rates are very good especially considering the quality. The breakfast is okay for an included breakfast and they have a good amount of variety, but it's also not amazing. The hotel is walking distance. There are not many hotels outside of the downtown area that are walking distance to a town center, so that's a nice feature.

I have stayed at this hotel with my family on many occasions and this past time for nearly a month. The manager Marc is excellent, attentive and accommodating; he ensured that we had a room appropriate for our needs with children. Brie, Jess and Katie all provided outstanding service and met our every request with sincerity and a smile. Engineering team George and Scott were also helpful with our various needs, and Scott took a moment to bring us much needed supplies. The hotel is in excellent shape, great decor and in a quiet location convenient to downtown West Concord, MA. I look forward to seeing the staff again! We stayed for 8 weeks during a house move and the experience was excellent. The rooms were so quiet, we did not hear any other guests. Gym was well equipped and a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, they served a hearty breakfast every morning, and had a nice little fitness facility. The rooms have a simple, yet roomy, layout with a great wall-mounted TV that can pivot to any area you decide to recline at. Only con was no hot tub/smallish pool, but we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Awesome place and just ridiculously clean! I’ve stayed here twice and both times they have been thee upmost respectful and wonderful people ! Trish will go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Also Jessica at the bar can definitely pour a great drink ! Thank you again and 10/10 will stay again.

We stayed for a night there. I found it was very comfortable. I wasn't to small or to big just right for the both of us. It even gave my Husband a great idea. On how to stet up ower down stairs up. I was very clean and quiet. I would recommend you stay here if your looking for a place around this area. We got the king bed suit. Beautiful..❤..

We've been staying in the one bedroom suite during our stay and it's just perfect for us. We're a family of 3 with a small child and the space and amenities available have made our long stay a breeze. The room is beautiful and huge and the kitchen has been easy to cook in. Everything is decorated really well and the room feels bright and clean. Plus the hotel is pretty new so the entire place is very clean and nice. The staff has been amazing and very helpful during our stay. Everyone is so nice and friendly and it's been a very welcoming place. We will definitely be choosing Marrriot again but specifically a Residence Inn if it can be helped for our future hotel stays.

This Residence inn is new, modern and clean. The guests WiFi signal wasn't good enough in my room, but maybe my phone security is an issue. Breakfast was complimentary and sufficient for all as well as appetizing. My dinner was filling and affordable. Staff acted professionally and friendly.

Fabulous newer hotel. Full kitchen with stove , microwave dishwasher, coffee maker and counter seating. Separate living area with comfy couch and big flatscreen TV. Great breakfast with many hot and cold options!! Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Large bathroom with huge shower. Nice pool and gym. Close to downtown and all the historic attractions. This is a great weekend get away for couples and an excellent option for families. Highly recommended!!

This is my first review I ever wrote, although I travel very often and I have stayed in many different places in the world. This hotel stood out in many ways: it's a new, very comfortable and clean hotel, and most importantly has a wonderful people who work there. I was impressed by our receptionist Nana who welcomed us with a big smile when we arrived at midnight. She was knowledgeable, polite, kind, friendly and helpful, and she did everything to make our stay at their hotel very special. Thank you Nana for making us feel at home!

Stayed with my family of 4 and loved every second of it. Very clean, quiet and modern. 30 minute drive from downtown and beaches. We went to Harvard, the aquarium, Td garden and much more!

Being a health guy, there breakfast is so damn good. They have healthier alternatives for everything. Turkey sausage , plain Greek yogurt and all the traditional yummy stuff that kids will love :)

Highly recommend it if you don’t want to pay an expensive parking fee and get out the city. Plus it’s FREE parking and close to gas stations, Dunking donuts and 7/11.

We got married at a micro wedding at a nearby venue and stayed at the Residence Inn for 2 nights for our wedding. Our stay was perfect; the rooms were very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, really nice spacious shower, good couch and nice quiet room. We felt very safe with the Inn's cleaning practices during covid, they did a great job with keeping everything sanitary and safe. The staff was also extremely kind and accommodating and let me use one of the inn's meeting rooms for hair and makeup. They sanitized the room and made sure it was set up for me. We also really appreciated that the rooms had a kitchen and it was a nice touch that they had breakfast "to go" during covid to ensure everyone's safety. We had a wonderful stay and experience here! Would highly recommend!

Shray and his team of Chelsea Ruby and Scott really helped us out when we had a number of special requests for a stay in mid July on a Friday Saturday stay over and they surpassed our expectations. What a really nice team and we definitely would stay here again and recommend it.
