Ryan and Perry installed our gas fireplace unit and we are delighted with their craftsmanship on a challenging installation. They arrived on time and both were very friendly, competent and professional. We are very pleased with our set up which is very similar to the unit that the Fireplace Ltd. installed 3 or 4 years ago at our former home.

Peter Webster assessed the install and helped me understand everything from beginning to end. No matter the challenge, he kept a fun smile on his face the entire time, explaining everything being done and every step. I felt extremely comfortable having such a professional install my fireplace insert, especially the amount of detail I was given to understand the ins and outs of my new system. The Fireplace LTD came out to service our gas fireplace from the 70s that we had no clue how to operate. They reopened up the gas line, replaced an old part and showed us how to operate it and relight the pilot in case that ever went out. I appreciate their willingness to work on an older fireplace to keep us warm this winter. It’s up and running and we couldn’t be more pleased!

I scheduled an appointment to have someone come out to give me an estimate for work to be done on my wood stove. Today Peter arrived on time and was very professional and down to earth. He has a level of experience that was obvious and very much appreciated.

Great bunch of people! We stopped in to just gather information about converting our fireplace to gas. We had stopped at another store and were told what we "needed" to the tune of $6400. The guy we spoke to here actually LISTENED to what we wanted and set us up with a set of gas logs at a third of the price - something the 1st company didn't even offer to us. I don't recall his name, but made us feel comfortable, didn't talk down to us, and acted like more of a knowledgable friend than a salesman. We will be exclusively shopping at The Fireplace for all our fire needs from here on out! Fire good!

I recently moved into a new condo and was told by the inspector the fireplace was natural wood burning, after looking at it realized it was not and called Fire Place Ltd to inspect it for me and let me know what options I had to move forward with keeping myself warm in the Wisconsin winters. Peter was super knowledgeable and straight forward with the best options for me. The price I was quoted to convert to gas was reasonable and I am looking forward to keeping my toes warm this winter. :)

Peter Webster of Fireplace LTD installed a gas fireplace in my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. He did a great job of after the install of taking the time to make sure I knew how to properly operate the fire place, pointed out and walked me through what each part did and what it was, and fielded any questions I had about it.

Very professional. Chimney sweep, Peter, did an excellent job. He put done tarps all over so no dirt on floor or carpeting. All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Would recommend them.

Showroom salesman Bob was patient and answered all of our questions. Not pushy at all. He helped us decide on a gas log unit conversion for our wood burning fireplace. Had our unit installed yesterday by Pete and another installer who I believe was in training. Pete was very personable and very knowledgeable. He pointed out some potential issues that did not require action now, but may in the future. Pete was efficient and made me feel confident he was a seasoned installer. We are very happy with the awesome look of a real wood fire and glad to give up the mess and work required when burning wood.

Pete Webster inspected our fire places, explained all of our options, detailed the work needed to be completed, and answered all of my questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I would highly recommend them for their service and customer care.

I am so impressed! I called yesterday to arrange for a service call for a fireplace that wouldn’t light. Brandon suggested a DIY fix to try first to save me the service fee. It worked like a charm! They didn’t do the original install, but based on the integrity of this brief encounter I would recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you!

Fire Place Ltd is absolutely wonderful in all aspects. From the first time I called for help with gas fireplace to the day that Taylor came out to install the new glass front on my gas fireplace. He was so kind and neat. I didn’t even have to clean up after he left. Every question was answered completely and with patience. I recommend them whole heartedly for any fireplace needs. Thank you!!

I've had contact with them several times. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. There prices since very reasonable compared to other fireplace repair companies.

I am admittedly a miser and did a lot of shopping around before finding the Fireplace. Once I did, I was very pleased with the selection, price and service. I picked a unit with a salesperson, and upon inspection and measuring with their field service team I was convinced to go with a Cozy Heat unit. The new choice has been fabulous. I picked a frame which did not cover my gap between the drywall and the unit. They graciously took back the old frame and helped me find a new one which looks great. It has worked flawlessly. Thanks Fireplace guys!
