Kayce(sp?) was our server. She was great 👍🏼 on top of refills. Honest about what to & not to order.
We ordered the 3 for me. Burgers were awesome and juicy.
The enchilada soup was good like always.

Good food and great service.
All of the servers as well as the manager were welcoming and cared about their customer's satisfaction. A great example of what service should look like.

I have no complaints regarding this location. But in regards to Chile's as a whole, I'm a bit disappointed that the 3 for me meal no longer includes 2 sides. You used to be able to get a starter and entrée with 2 sides.
The other most notable change is that the serving of fries is much smaller than it used to be. That is not a specific issue with this location, it is something that our family and friends have noticed and commented on at all the Chile's locations.
I just feel like, come on Chile's you can do better.

I might be wrong, but I believe this is the newest Chili's in Albuquerque. We visited for Veteran's Day. The food, atmosphere, and service were great. Our server (can't remember her name) was one of the nicest people I have met. Will definitely be back!!

Top notch service!! It was raining outside. My daughter went to get the car to pick up me and my Grand daughter. The hostess went above and beyond by helping me by taking the left overs to the car so i could carry my grand daughter to the car. Thats service!!! Food was perfect! Hostess was friendly! Highly recommend this place!

We love this chili's location! So sad we moved away from the area because the customer service is seriously amazing. Huge shout out to Angel for handling our gift card situation. She took the time to figure out how to process the payment and was super friendly while doing it. We appreciate the fast service, tasty food as well.

Everyone was so attentive. They greeted my party with a smile and immediately seated us and asked us what we would like to drink right away

Enjoyed our experience Sunday afternoon. We had family members unexpectedly join us. The staff assisted us with moving to the bar so we could fit. The server at the bar was kind. She accommodated us and made the transition seemless. The food was good and the atmosphere was perfect.

Mostly do curbside and the service is awesome!! Someone usually comes out as soon as I park to get my name to check on the progress of my order, which is usually ready. I've never had to wait more than five minutes.

Rachel the bartender made this more than dinner, service was great food was fresh and to order. Also never let our drinks run dry. Thanks

Stopped at chilis to grab a bite to eat. Had great service. Waitress was very friendly. Didnt take long to get our food, which by the way was good. The food is really good every time we eat there. All the staff is very friendly. The cost is very reasonable.

The service was amazing. The lady that served our 4 top was the best and hardest worker there. I don't remember her name but from receipt Server Number:2324490. I definitely recommend this location.

Posted my review a year ago, visited again multiple times since. This chilis is awesome! Great service and great part about it the managers were doing quality checks making sure the ship was smooth sailing! Great job team! Manager was Toby and waiter was sipi. Thanks guys!

Everything was great. Good food, plenty to eat and leftovers to take home on the $10 lunch specials or 3 for me. The family enjoyed the chicken enchilada and loaded baked soups, chicken Quesadillas, chicken sandwich and boneless chicken wings. The only downside was that it was a little loud because of the TV's where we were sat in the bar area.

Well prepared food served by attentive and personable staff in a clean environment.
Street corn was outstanding and my oldtimer cheese burger stood out!!
Great overall job!
