I'm always happy with my experience. Staff is friendly and helpful always. I often find what I need.

Everyone is so friendly and i love how helpful they all are! Today a young lady in a red sweater helped me choose the right hair mask and she was so nice and sweet that she even helped me choose from different ones! Love this place!

I went at 7:30 and the doors where already locked she opened it said sorry and had attitude when and when I was looking around for a pink semi permanent dye she was standing at the end of the isle watching is the whole time and when I asked a question she ignored me and her the girl behind the counter kept looking at each and giving us dirty looks it was 7:50 and we about to pay and she start rushing us

The employees at the store are ridiculous. I called to ask if they had a very specific type of dye I was told "no" not even 30 seconds into the call, so then I checked Sally's website for specific stores that would happen to have this dye, and what do you know this location pops up, so then I called back and asked "why can I buy it online and pick it up in your store but I can't go in and buy it?" The same employee answered the phone and when I stated that I feel like she didnt even check, she gave me the dumbest excuse for her incompetence. Which was that she "thought you were talking about arctic fox hair dye, which never came out of my mouth at all during either of these conversations.(I use manic panic not arctic fox) Y'all need employees with better listening skills that know how to look further than their nose. And I'm not even sorry to say it. DO BETTER!!

I purchased color kit that was on sale and the manager would not even exchange the item for a different color. I did have my proof of purchase. She was a box of rocks. No custoner service ethic, at this location.

not sure if it’s the manager but there’s an older woman working here who’s always soooo rude, she follows you around when you shop and stares at you the entire time. just uncomfortable and rude.
also this location and the others never seem to have the product I need in stock.

I called in my order and sent my daughter for it and the young lady i talked to gave us the wrong stuff. She was also very unprofessional while talking to me on the phone.

Horrible the store very bad customer service never buying anything from sally anymore, i bought and is clipper combo and I paid 152.00$ I back to them and I told him it’s overheating a day after I used it and they don’t wanna return it or replace it for another item , I’m just never going back again or buy anything from sally .

How in the hell only one person in the store at a time.my daughter wanted to dye her hair but they said I couldn’t go in with her.it was gonna be the temporary dye.so we left cause we both couldn’t go in.

Manager Laura is rude, and treats people poorly.
