Went in yesterday to activate service, A girl named Brenda helped me out and made this experience so much better! Really well trained staff & great environment! Will definitely be back .

Went in today because I wanted to upgrade my phone and Brenda was very helpful. Brenda was very polite and explained everything perfect. Will be returning for any other questions I have for her.

Every time I go in Brenda is always so helpful! She treats me with respect and always has a solution to my problems! Super nice girl !They are alway fast and efficient at this location!

Callie was so pleasant and well trained. She listened to my issues, examined my phone and immediately ordered a replacement device.

Mayra has the best customer service. I needed an insurance replacement device and she helped make it a very smooth process. Normally if someone who works for commission isn't making a sale they aren't very helpful but not Mayra. Everyone working at this location when I went in were very friendly and helpful and I wish I could remember one young mans name, very friendly and made the enviormment welcoming. It's been very hot and they were actually working outside. I would've understood if it affected the service but not these guys, give them all raises!

Awesome service jaylen was great, beautiful smile, beautiful eyes, really friendly and very helpful. I had to buy her Starbucks after. She's been the best I've delt with going to t-mobile and I've been with them for about 15yrs. Thank you Jalen I appreciate all your help

Came into T-MOBILE today to get upgrade on phones and watches. I have been with T-MOBILE for 16 years with my husband before his death and now 1 year by myself but I completely just love the service I get here. Today Joe H. And Ale were the best customer service I have ever had at the store. Definitly would recommend T-MOBILE and the store on Coors and Estancia

Fantastic service on 1-20-23. Brenda went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed for my phone (by ordering it for me since it was out of stock in the store). I had stopped by the Rio Rancho location the day before, and the guy seemed annoyed that I walked into the store. He was totally unhelpful and suggested I go to another store to find what I needed.

Went into the store looking to replace my previous phone. I met with one of the sales people at the store her name was Daisy. She was really helpful with the process of selecting a new phone. She was very knowledgeable and nice. She made sure I got the best deals they had to offer. Made sure all my info transferred to my new phone and took care of resetting the old one. Over all I had a great experience, I got a new iPhone XS Max. Really happy with it and the treatment I got at the store. By far the best experience I’ve had while buying a new phone.

Daniel was awesome, he listened to what I needed and did everything he could to get me in and out in a timely manner. It is very hard to find employees like him that go the extra mile while keeping a smile on their face & not getting frustrated. He had me laughing while he helped me. No words could express how grateful I was to have him as my sales expert.

Perfect example of a quick and efficient customer service by Daniel. I came to get home wifi and he was able to get everything that I needed that day. I’m not just satisfied about how easy and smooth he made the process feel but also on how fun and pleasant he was when helping me with anything that day!

Had a fantastic experience with ladessa and Jennifer. I had some issues with my phone and that was resolved quickly and I was also affected a very good promotion and was taken care of. I was helped by a young lady named Jennifer, she was very helpful and knew exactly how to help me with my account. Also, we got really good deals thanks to her! If you are looking for wonderful customer service, Jennifer is definitely worth going to.

Great new store. I love the friendliness of the staff, made me feel welcome and part of their family. KAT helped me with my new phone and she was excellent so please recognize her for her hard work and assistance not just to me but to other employees. BTW she is beautiful and has a great personality

Had the best experience ever from visiting a T- Mobile store. I was helped by a young lady by the name of Paola she was honest helpful and very knowledgeable. If you go to this location i would wait to be helped by her. Or ask for her im sure you won't be disappointed.

I have a great experience at this location every visit! The customer service is outstanding. The manager is always very helpful and professional. Every time I upgrade or need some kind of service they handle the issue quickly and efficiently. It is a pleasure dealing with the employees at this location.

All employees were very friendly especially Pablo. He was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and helped me pick the best phone for all my needs. The employees didn't mind my little one running around which is a stress reliever. Great customer service!! Will definitely return to this location.
