I randomly decided to choose this hotel because the reviews were stellar compared to the properties in close proximity. They did not let me down! The guy at the front desk, David, was super helpful and accommodating. Any time I had a request he would gladly oblige and help in an instant. The rest of the stuff was great as well, but I did not catch their names.

If you’re looking for a top notch place to stay in Chandler with low rates, this is the place to go! Not to mention, the breakfast is fantastic! It’s surprising they offer that with the rates being so low.

I recently stopped here to get a good nights rest before heading down to Tuscon. This hotel is fantastic! The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Especially the young gentlemen who checked me in named David. He was very polite and professional and told me everything I needed to know about eateries and fun things to do in the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The rates are the lowest I could find within this type of quality hotel.

If you’re coming through Chandler, this is the hotel you want to stay at!

I recently had to come to Phoenix and do business in the East Valley. This hotel had stellar reviews compared to the properties nearby, so I chose this hotel to stay at and was not let down. The man working the front desk, I believe his name was Dave, is not only someone I would want as the face of my company, but probably one of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond for me. The hotel had cheap rates and was in fantastic condition. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, especially given how cheap the rates are! They use real eggs for crying out loud.

We stopped here for the night on our way Tuscan. We were exhausted and just looking for somewhere quick to put our heads down. We did not expect to be greeted so warmly by the front desk manager, David. He was personable, helpful, efficient, and he gave us great recommendations when visiting Phoenix longer! David is the kind of guy that immediately feels like family, (if you actually liked your family lol). The beds were comfy, and breakfast was good too. We know where we are staying when we come to Phoenix for longer!!

So many hotels suck these days - are they even trying to be comfortable for guests?? I was pleasantly surprised by this comfort inn. The bed was fantastic. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Whole place was clean as it should be. Room was clean, felt good. I’d definitely stay here again.

I spent the past year traveling for work over 80% of the time -- long term stays in Seattle, WA, Columbus, OH, Houston, TX and Phoenix, AZ. I can without a doubt state that this hotel has been the best I've stayed at this entire year. The staff are absolutely amazing. Management is phenomenal. They have done a ton of remodeling between the first time I stayed here (Spring of 2023) and now (Winter of 2023/2024). Love the high ceilings on the first floor. The modern styling of the furniture is awesome -- phone charger outlets everywhere. Housekeeping is scheduled to clean your room everyday (unless you have the do not disturb sign on your door) -- unlike many hotels these days that will only clean upon request... and even then often only after multiple repeated requests. Breakfast is excellent... FRESH eggs, sausage and bacon every morning, in addition to the traditional waffles, bagels, pastries and cereal.

Definitely my favorite place to stay. I have a preference for Choice hotels... but the staff at this one make it the best of the best.

First things first, coming from out of state, staying at a few hotels you look for certain things sometimes you even expect so the things staying here at this particular hotel very clean very nice and easy as they work with you even at nighttime staff at night I met one of the guys Larry very very easy to talk to friendly. He took care of my reservation, and that was very pleasing to me Daytime I have to mention Dave when I first came and I explain my situation to him. Totally very pleasant. Very easy and understanding staying here is definitely like home comfortable I’m happy to always look first here and if they can’t accommodate me I’m sure they would guide me in another direction. Thank you for everything you guys have done. Staff is tremendous and the management and owner great job guys. I do recommend it highly Staying here

I was pleasantly surprised during my stay at this hotel! The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I believe I dealt with Lucy and David mostly during the entirety of my stay. They went above and beyond for me! The hotel decor is gorgeous and the rooms are quaint and comfortable. The room rates were on the low side when compared to surrounding properties and the security deposit isnt outrageous like many other properties I've been at in the same area. I will be using this hotel in the future when returning to the area.

I recently stayed here on a business trip. I chose the hotel because of the reviews and was not disappointed. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in the property because it’s one of the nicest Choice properties I’ve stayed at. David, who checked me in at the front desk was wonderful with helping me understand and navigate the area as well as giving me great suggestions on places to eat and enjoy myself. If you’re thinking of staying at a hotel in this area, choose this one!

As a truck driver, I've stayed at various hotels throughout the country. Having said that, there have been many Comfort Inn properties that I have visited. Suffice to say this property was truly extraordinary! From the exterior landscaping and maintenance, to the bedroom, this property seemed very well taken care of. Clean, comfortable beds; warm, delicious breakfast. What stood out, however, was the customer service. I received better hospitality at this property than I have received at 3 and 4 star properties! Raj, in particular, is the epitome of hospitality and customer service. I will definitely seek them out again when in the area. Keep up the great work!

Again, a work drive. They’re a great example of what it means to work hard, grow & stay on top. All of the staff is great, honestly but I’ve had more one on one with LUCY at the front desk whom is the most compassionate, mindful, resourceful & genuine front desk employee I’ve probably ever come across. She’s personable, friendly, ensures that you are comfortable & just radiates good vibes all around.

They’ve really made a difference in the entirety of the vibe and atmosphere here! They’re caring, compassionate, thorough, mindful, attentive and oh so welcoming!!!!! Please don’t pay no mind to the negative reviews and book here, try it out for even a night. You will not be disappointed.

Hey if you want 5 star treatment? You must stay here at this great location. This is by far the best comfort inn in the country. I should know because I travel a lot. I transport trucks for a living. The entire staff offers the best service in the business. Guess service attendants Lucy, David and Raj are Stellar at their jobs. You're treated like family here.

I stayed here with my family for a couple nights, and the service was exceptional. The staff where great and very accommodating to all our necessities. What was even better was the breakfast, with lots of options for our kids and unlimited waffles🧇 It is also located very conveniently next to the I10 which can take you anywhere and fast. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting AZ.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip. The room was clean, the bed was definetely way more confortable than other places i have previously stayed at and rom service was always available. The breakfast lady was very friendly and kept the area clean.

The hotel is in a safe area, and the front desk assistant, David, is so well versed in everything regarding the hotel and will accommodate for you accordingly as well which is a major plus, all around a really wonderful business and amazing staff!!

Booked to attend NHRA race. Very close to track. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and not overpriced as most hotels are close to race tracks. Close to several restaurants.

This place is a hidden gem. The owners are very hospitable and offer great rates, especially if accommodating businesses and workers. Staff is friendly and organized. One of the best hotels in the East Valley. Very peaceful.
