Casa Grande RV Resort and Cottages

Casa Grande is a great resort and we were looking forward to returning back for our 3rd season. We have only had a positive experience with the previous management team and are somewhat saddened to hear they have moved on. We also appreciate how safe and secure the resort is, thank you to Ken and his team. We don’t hesitate to leave our RV in storage or in the park as we know the team will take good care of it. The resort is pet friendly and our dogs have always been welcomed!!! Great dog parks, great pool and nice gym.

We came here with trepidation based on previous reviews...but it turned out to be an amazing place.
We had booked a cabin and an RV spot. We reserved the cabin for our daughter, husband and twin 4 year old boys.
The booking process was so well done, I asked a million questions and they were all answered.
The week before we were to arrive, they called to make sure there wasn't a mix up with us having two reservations. I felt that was a really nice thing to do, it's not every day that people reserve both. So to doubycheck...great idea!
The check in process was so simple and organized. We arrived on Sunday, the office was closed, but they had everything ready for us, as per great instructions.
Our family wasn't arriving for a couple of days. I went to the office to inquire about having access to the cabin in the morning of their arrival to stock it with groceries. They actually gave me the keys for the day before, that was so appreciated...thank you!
They offer breakfast Monday through Friday...free! Amy and her crew do an amazing job. They not only serve great breakfast with a smile, they keep the popcorn popping, the lemonade, iced tea and coffee ready at all times of the day.
Amy also found some great kid friendly games for our grandsons.
Our grandsons also used the horseshoe pits as sandboxes...they loved it!!
The grounds, buildings, pools and hot tub are always very clean.
They offer lots of great activities, brunch, donut Saturday, dinners and much more.
This was a really positive experience for our family. From the really great people who stay there to the resort staff!!
To the staff a HUGE THANK YOU! We are looking forward to returning this fall as we make our way south!

I stay here full time and have had a great experience. The people are pretty nice here, and it's a nice bustling town as well. The pool and hot tub are cleaned regularly, and the laundromat is very clean as well. This place just makes sense for anyone who either needs to just rest up or stay for the long term. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay here.

We stayed here for a month in April in our motorhome and only had positive experiences. The sites are large, level, and full hookup.
Most campers keep to themselves and seem to be men that work in the area for the season.
The pool and hot tub area was always clean, working, and usually empty! We used the puzzle room, pool tables, game room, and came to one of the park hosted dinners. It was delicious!
They have little perks like free tea/lemonaid/popcorn/coffee which is a nice touch.
The workers are always busy and never bother you and they allowed us a late check out without any fuss!
There are two dog parks that are okay! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Casa Grande!

This resort boasts of friendly and helpful staff, many amenities from which to choose, and a business center for work needs. The grounds are well maintained and secure with on-site security. We will definitely return should the opportunity arise for us to reside in Casa Grande!

Best place in casa grande Arizona without a doubt this place is amazing so much to do and so many nice people here, Stacey at the office is just amazing she is so helpful and loving she is the sweetest. Come check it out.

Our second year here at CGRRC and we’ve already made our reservation to return next year. Reading through some other reviews has me a bit perplexed. It appears to me that disgruntled residents that were probably warned for breaking the rules found pleasure by writing negative feedback. We haven’t encountered anything negative in our time here. The office staff is always nice and helpful. The pools and grounds are kept very clean. But most importantly we love how safe this place feels. Thats the main reason we keep coming back. Ken aka “sherrif” takes his roll to heart. The safety of this community is his number one priority and that is evident. We’ve gone to bed at night with our doors unlocked and never thought twice. CGRRC is our new home away from home!

This is a great place to stay. It's very clean and has many amenities.

Stayed in our 38 ft fifth wheel. Beautiful facility with endless activities and a great par 3 golf course

Lots of amenities. Very clean. Quiet location. Lots of people stay in here but didn't see many of them out and about. Large clubhouse. A family pool and an adult only pool with hot tub. Several different gaming areas a craft room a gym and a library. Weekly laundry service.

This RV site is really nice and clean. Only complaint is the pull thru sites are considerably smaller than the back in sites. Other than that, the staff was nice and they always had activities planned. The cottages appeared to be really cute as well. We definitely plan to go back and stay several weeks next time but will stay on the east side of the park since it’s further away from the road noise and just seems a little more quaint than the west side.

During our 10 weeks here we met a lot of nice people and made some very good friends. We enjoyed the meals and activities at the clubhouse and spent many days at the pool. Looking forward to next year.

All the negative reviews disregard. We are here for 2 mos, and it’s clean, new roadway, easy to get in. We have a 42 ft class A with tow. In a back in space lots room for slides. staff has been great, from escorting you to site and the office girls are great very friendly. I have think they were getting a bad rap on reviews. May have new ownership but looks great. Pet friendly great dog parks. Clean. No road noises. Play areas for kids, pool area clean and sparkling. I would recommend a stay.

Great place for families, and the new office staff are amazing.

We arrived without a reservation at about 4 p.m. The office was already closed but Troy, the security associate at the gate, helped us register. We didn't investigate any of the amenities as we were just there for one night, but it's a very nice, clean, open park. We enjoyed our brief stay.

Love this rvpark, just the right size and has all the amenities you might want. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms,showers, hot tub, and pools are clean and user friendly. We always enjoyed our extended rv stay here ❤

Stayed here late December 2020 for 3 days. I made same day reservations and they accommodated me getting in early around 10am on first day. Front desk was super friendly and met all my requests. I simply needed a safe full hookup site and this place is great as they have more than 300 flat sites. They gave me a pull through site with no neighbors for less than $50 a night. It’s a 30 minute plus drive to Scottsdale but I enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I love love loved his park. We came toward the end of the season so we were there when it was hopping and then when it was clearing out. It is definitely one of the best we have stayed at. Yes the rock was a little thick in some places but I will take that over the little pieces of gravel that get caught in your shoes and you track in. The pools are awesome. Very well maintained and during the season very busy. The shower rooms and restrooms are very very clean. The laundry room is very nice and well maintained. There are more washers/dryers in there than some laundromats I have been to along the way. There are plenty for everyone. The staff is/was always friendly, kind and willing to help. We stayed at this park for 2 months and the majority of that time I stayed there alone and I felt very safe. I would recommend this park to all. Happy travels.
