Love the store and the help. However, I wish they took more pride in keeping their outside cleaned up. I know they did not make the mess, but it needs to be addressed.

This evening I was at lowes. I went to leave and my car was acting really weird and stopped. My tire was completely flat (brand new btw). I have a plug in machine to fill my tires, but it was taking forever. Being disabled, I was un able to change my tire and you could hear the air leaking. Then came 3 of the most amazing employees from Lowes..Wallace, Dan and Vincent who went above and beyond to help me get my spare and change my tire. Which it wasn't easy for them and there's absolutely no way I could have done it myself.

So Wallace, Dan and Vincent, you Gentlemen are Amazing and I cannot thank you enough. I will also call the store manager to let the Manager know how grateful I am.

I just love this store, especially when it gets closer to Halloween. The Halloween decorations are pretty cool, the store is clean and the employees are helpful.

Today "sunday" I returned to casa grande lowes because Friday evening I was there and made a number of purchases which included two propane tanks to be refill exchange. , fast forward a hour and paying for purchases including tanks , I load everything except the the tanks and take off with out tanks.
So today I stopped in to see if by chance they were there with a note, "past experience " unfortunately no such luck however I was so lucky in having M J in consumer service help me after explaining what had happened, she took my receipts and about 15min she verified what I said checking the camera and yay I was given the tanks I had paid for .
So huge shout out to me in casa grande lowest customer service.

I recently worked on a gas firepit project. I shopped for the items I needed, including the brick for the surround, at the Casa Grande location.
I found all of the Lowe's staff to be extremely helpful. I also utilized their delivery service. My items shipped out within two days and the delivery was right on the estimated time.
I will definitely use them again.

This 5 star rating is solely based on the customer experience I had with an employee, Alaysia, who is not only knowledgeable but extremely pleasant. She has gone above and beyond to make my shopping experience as easy as possible. I usually shop at Home Depot but I will be coming back because of the experience with your employees. Great place to shop! Nice to see they have what old orange doesn't have these day. That's what we need. Someone who comes through when needed the most.

Very helpful & friendly. I felt I got a good deal.

Helpful, friendly store personnel. Good selection of merchandise. A big section of the main parking area is ripped up right now as they're in the process of replacing it. It's a little less convenient to get into and out of the store for now, but that's okay. The new paved surface will be a welcomed improvement over the old rough surface. It was awkward to even push a shopping cart across the old rough pavement so I don't mind the temporary inconvenience while waiting for a nice smooth parking lot!

It nearly always has the supply I need/want though not always the best price.

Needed some lumber that they don’t normally have in stock. The lady at the contractors counter was amazingly helpful and patient. She got it ordered and setup for delivery. The delivery driver was super, also. He has actually been out a few times and has been great every time. These folks are true professionals.

Helpful staff, well stocked shelves, easy access to storage bins.
Always find what I need, either paint or trim boards. This location has an excellent selection of tools. Construction toolboxes and folding workbenches are filling the aisles.

Went in to purchase a stand alone air conditioner. I asked a young man for help in that department. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist me. I am very impressed with the exceptional customer service. Thank you Collan and Lowes for a 5 * experience.

I am a Lowes fan. They always have everything I need. The one place they could work on is making sure to have at least one cashier on duty at all times. I hunt for deal and clearance items. Every time I check out it us self check out. Of course I always have to wait for a manager and it takes a long time to get one. But they do always honor the deals. Be sure to take pics of the tags on the shelves.

Above and beyond performance from employees!

We purchased a refrigerator today. Sale Associate Dustin provided excellent customer service. He was multi tasking was very smooth. Several customers wanting assistance he kept calm and cool. He didn't appear to be stressed while continuing to help get all our needs met for our new refrigerators warranty and delivery. Delivery is actually free!! ;0) The cost to have old one hauled away was reasonable. Saving us the physical labor is worth the cost. Dustin worked with my husband to assure we were signed up on our Lowes card the complete benefits we would qualify for our all of our purchases.

Sales associate Jim helped take care of our purchase needs for cordless tools and assure the sales special prices rang up correctly at the register.

The cashier was pleasant and very helpful checking us out even through the self checkout.

All three associates provided exceptional customer service!

It really makes my day to be treated with kindness and courtesy from the moment walk into the store.

Hands down the best garden center I have ever been too. They do a great job keeping all the plants very healthy and beautiful. Even the clearance plants looked healthy!!! Great job!!!
