I like the family that runs this place. They're funny. I wish they were open at later hours and weekends but they're already better than the other locations here in Casa Grandes.

QUALITY AND HELPFULNESS. Always seem busy at lunch time so if your in a hurry probably shouldn't go the. Always friendly employees there.

I have been renting a box at this establishment for a few years now. Love the notifications by txt and e-mail when my my packages arrive. Julius has always been friendly and helpful. Getting ready to sign up for another year.

I have rented a box for my business from Julius at the UPS location in Casa Grande for a couple years. They provide a great service by providing a physical address to receive mail and packages and then forward them to me as needed since I travel all over the country.

I also have rental property in Casa Grande. Julius worked with me so that my tenants could drop off an envelope address to me (without postage). My tenants appreciate the ability to get their payment in on-time without having to rely on the mail system.

Summary: This UPS store makes my business better.

This UPS store and Julius are my "go to" place for shipping and sending faxes and has been for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking.

I RECENTLY MOVED TO THIS AREA IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS. HAVE HAD TO USE THE UPS A FEW TIMES AND ITS LOCATION IS CONVIENIENT, PEOPLE WERE NICE TOOK CARE OF ME .. GOT MY PACKAGES OUT RIGHT AWAY ,YES THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT THAN NO WAITING IN LINE AND IT GETS DONE RIGHT AWAY.. HOPEFULLY SERVICE STAYS AS GOOD AS IHAVE RECIEVED...
