McDonald's

Good food and good service. When I came, they were not busy at all. They were having a deal on the spicy McChicken and that food was good.
And we got McFlurries for dessert and they were loaded with M&M'S.

This is the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
I went at 11:07 and the staff were patient and on their hustle! I went inside with my daughter for a happy meal and it was actually fresh (no cold nuggies or fries!) To top it off, the play place was clean even with kids running around, meaning the staff are actively in there! 😊 whoever the manager is on that shift along with all the staff, keep them all! That’s a dream team shift!

I tried to stay away from McDonald's simply because in general the quality of the food is going down over the years. But this McDonald's gives exceptional service. I have a medical condition that requires me to say very well hydrated, and this McDonald's is in side the Walmart. I hate Walmart, but I love the McDonald's because the the location is so handy to get a quick drink or snack if I need it, and because the staff is great. I always use one of Walmart's electric carts, I am mobility challenged, and without exception when I step in to get a drink the staff always offers to fill it for me because the fountain is around to the side and maneuverability space this tight. There is one lady who I see often behind the counter there ( She is blondish, a lovely smile which I see often, super kind, friendly and helpful even when I can see she's kind of tired if it's when they're busy. I think her name is Jan. I hope that's right, I'm having a few problems with short-term memory right now due to meds I'm on. She seems like a genuinely nice person from the heart out. She is someone I would like to have as a friend, because I think that since she obviously gives 110% at her job and she cares about customers' feelings, a friendship with her would be a very fulfilling experience with loyalty and trust both given and received. She is a true asset to McDonald's, and I hope the corporation values her as they should. She definitely deserves a big raise, no matter how much money she's making now. There are not enough people in the world like her. She makes the world a better place, and in my mind that's huge. I also want to mention that several times, when I know an employee was on break, they spontaneously offered to help me while I was using crutches. That says a lot about the culture in this store. Big kudos to the staff, and a huge thank you to Jan for her kindness. She's a keeper, big time!) Btw, Jan, if I got your name wrong I apologize. I tried to give enough information that corporate could identify you so that they know what an asset you are. I hope your Easter was awesome! Have a blessed day! Also btw, Jan, my name is Susan. What to say about McDonald's? From the East Coast to the West Coast, and the countless countries where you find them, what you see on the menu is what you will get. FYI...I had 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin s to go as I proceeded on my journey.

i went here because i had a doordash order and it took a while and for a munch we decided to order a spicy chicken sandwich and large sprite i love this mcdonald’s i really recommend this one

Upon entry to this restaurant I was greeted with an enthusiastic "WELCOME TO MCDONALD'S!!", from two or three associates. I used the kiosk in order to receive the deals. The kiosk was clean and in working order. There was an associate walking the floor, making sure the guests had all they needed for their stay. The associates behind the counter ALL had smiles and pleasant dispositions as well as above average personal hygiene.
When a restaurant is clean and welcoming both inside and out with associates who possess an attitude of service with pleasant demeanors as these folks have,, I will remember and return for sure.

Clean lot, fairly easy to navigate. Both drivethru speakers running efficiently, friendly staff at both the speaker/payment window & pickup window. Ensured accuracy of order multiple times. I was pulled forward to wait for food, the wait was not very long, the staff that delivered it was also really friendly. I had a special order, it was correct and all of the food was perfectly hot even once home, 10mins later. My kiddo was super happy! 👏

I love this store, especially in the morning. The two women who generally run the windows are amazing ❤

The staff is exceptionally kind and efficient!

Shake machine always works at this store and make 'em thick. Fries are hit or miss if they are fresh or not, same with small burgers. However the larger burgers Inthink are made to order and are always fresh.

Wow, knowing that it's a Sunday night of Labor Day Weekend, and seeing the long line at the drive thru, I chose to park, go inside and wait for my order in the luxury of their a/c...
Before ordering pies, I TRY TO always remember to ask IF they even have pies.
Even though my 1 pie left was given away, the manager let me replace the pie with another item.
Thanks for not making me wait...
While there, I witnessed a very disrespectful customer.
This was a very busy moment, and she just ordered a special drink...not a simple soda nor iced tea..
It did take awhile but there were online orders, drive thru orders, VERY BUSY...
I knew it was busy and I had to vouch for the hard workers who risk their lives in these TRYING times to make MY life easier that they were working HARD and fast...as fast as they could...
If some dont respect the sacrifice and the workers doing their best, then she should not stop if she is in a hurry.
I know its their best and what if someone didn't show up, who is going above and beyond their call of duty. I know because I was young once...fast food life is NOT easy.
I love Whataburger, but the local one has made us WAIT, AND WE HAVE HAD OUR ORDER CORRECT ONLY 1 OUT OF 5 TIMES WE HAVE VISITED...
Driving home 30 miles, I told my husband we may have found a new favorite place...I look forward to trying the online ordering option. 😊😊😊💙

Professional , friendly, and helpful staff. Was going to get my order to go but the dining area looked so clean and neat I ate dine in. They brought my food and drink to my table, it was nice and hot. Staff came back to check on me to if I needed or wanted anything else. I was quite impressed from first point of contact to the good bye and thank you I received on my way out.

Egg and cheese McMuffin with hashbrown and iced tea was good and fast to car, but $10.00 is just too much for drive through fast food breakfast for one. Service was great.

It was very clean, the management was really nice n pleasant. The little girl behind the counter took my order was very nice. She made my coffee perfect just the way I like it. The new store is definitely impressive. I have not been inside the store since they built it. I like the new manager of the store better than the old manager that ran the old store before they built the new store. I will have to say keep up with good work. N I might start coming in to McDonald's instead of just using the drive thru. Very impressed with the changes in the last two in a half years. U guys were awesome this morning.

Was an in and out easy order and go experience. This crew is on the job and it shows. My order came in a reasonable time frame and was correct. I thanked the entire crew, they worked very well together.

Great play place and decent food. Kid liked it.

the workers there are so nice! The young man who helped me I believe his name was Manuel? He made sure everything was in my bag before handing it to me because last time I was missing my fries :( glad to see such good workers there!

Visit on 2/23/22 @ 0500hrs drive thru. The female employee has it very pleasant understandable clear voice through the PA system. She asked if I was a rewards member. I ordered two sausage and egg McMuffin‘s with apple fritter and large hot chocolate. Both sausage and egg McMuffin‘s were cooked to perfection heated to the correct temperature and the bread was soft and moist. No eggshells! Apple fritter was well-made. However the hot chocolate was not to my perfection. It was to water down. I could use more chocolate or maybe prepare it differently. The temperature is to my liking. Thank you

Shocked at how much space is available with the entire drinks station removed.
Service was top notch.
