Fry's Marketplace

I like this Fry’s. It can be very crowded most of the time, but other than that I’ve never had an issue and can pretty much find whatever I need.

I wanted to leave this review because of an awesome employee. Michelle who works in the deli. I’m usually in this store at least twice a week, sometimes more, and I’ve noticed Michelle is always there, working extremely hard. She’s is very patient, even when the deli is bombarded with customers and minimum staff, and she consistently gives excellent and accurate customer service. I’m not sure if the associates receive some type of recognition or reward for great service, but if so Michelle truly deserve it. She rock!

Overall I would give this store 3 stars, but Michelle made it a 5! Treat her well Fry’s. You have a gem.

I’m super impressed with this Fry’s! I don’t go here often because Walmart is super close to my house. When I do go here, I’m in awe because everything is always stocked up and their produce looks amazing and full! It’s a huge location and everything is organized. I’ll definitely come here if I need a bunch of stuff. I recommend them! Very impressive!

I didn't actually go to Fry's but I have been there in the past and it's what you would expect from any of the chain grocery stores I went to a building next to Fry's to use their garbage cans due to overflow at my house shhh don't tell no one but the people at Fry's are great helpful and polite when I go there!

Four years ago this Frys was around 4 stars but Abby and Dylan in the order pickup section have made it 5! They are personable and a pleasure to be around. Most of the time whoever picks out the order is on point too.

Great store and location shelf stocked up aisles are clear and everything I came to shop for was in stock! Store is organized and aisles are clear and associates are helpful and greeted me on my way and on my way out the door. Good store!

A good variety of food products. More checkers would be definitely more helpful to reduce the checking out time..

This Fry's Grocery store always has my salmon in stock. They will even season it free of charge. Clean store with friendly service. I always find more then I need here.

This is the first Fry’s I’ve been to, but it’s basically the same as all other Kroger stores. The store was well stocked and was organized in a way so that it was easy to find what you’re looking for. Overall it’s a pretty reliable place to get groceries or anything else.

They went above and beyond to help me out with the self checkout, of which I'm not really a fan.
But I understand that eventually they have to offer it because customers unlike me actually want it. It's the result of Letting Dipsticks Vote in the Minimum Wage. A 30% wage hike rippled across the economy and paved the way for elimination of many jobs. And that just the beginning. It also removes healthy human interaction. Lucky for me, I got excellent customer service to straighten out my Fry's Supermarket Loyalty Discount Card technical glitches.I give the 3 Employees a Five Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Rating for service above and beyond just average.

I think this is Biggest Fry’s Market place, I ever visited. That too during the storm ⛈. I really like it. Surely go back for shopping 🛒.

i am always at frys as a shopper and a personal shopper for other people. so when i need to ask if they have particular products in the back, i know it is sometimes annoying when they are trying to stock the shelves to stop what they are doing to help me. There are a few that i wanted to mention because they always help me and do so with a smile. Those i would like to mention are Cole in Grocery. Dillon the Seafood Manager, Eric the assistant Produce manager, Greg and John the Produce managers and finally Ty who works in Grocery. Cashiers that I love because of their great customer service, Misty and Elle. Managers Matt and Travis. it is because of people like this that make you feel welcome and appreciated that makes Frys such a great store.

We had a good experience today. The store was crowded but most shelves were stocked with what we needed. In one case the item we wanted was out of stock but the store replaced it at the cost of the original item.

We were especially pleased with Ashley who helped us in the self checkout department by quickly checking out our items. She knew the prices and the proper discounts. She was helpful, pleasant and efficient in helping us conclude our shopping visit.

This fry’s is GREAT and has Outstanding customer service.
