Free Spirit Holistic Mountain Spa has a menu of services designed to indulge and heal you within a private, serene atmosphere.
Immediately upon calling for an appointment, the stage was set with the welcoming and calm voice of Michelle. Understanding that I was in need of some real care, she, Brooke, and Alana worked well to give me what felt like my own private spa day, and I loved it.
There were a couple of products recommended during my facial, so I scooped those up, along with a few other spoils.
I feel relaxed, rejuvenated, cared for, and grateful that I could get away for some self care, and that rare time was met with respect and quality service.
The glowing ambiance, warm tea, and high quality service tailored to meet your needs results in a healing experience that I'm looking forward to making a regular part of my life.

I have had massages before and they were all great. However, this spa literally gave me THE MOST RELAXING AND BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! The environment and soft music super relaxing and inviting. The heated table and expertise of the massage therapist was superb. I am from Tooele County and there will not be a place as wonderful as this one. This is a hidden treasure in a small, cute little town. Residents of this town are fortunate to have a tiny piece of Heaven in their midst. Thank you for a lovely experience. I will for sure be coming back!

This spa is the beating heart of beautiful Eden, UT! It is so much more than a spa. It is a retreat, a place of respite, an escape from the noise & busyness of daily life. The moment you enter the door you feel the transition to calm & stillness. I have consistently felt pampered and even doted on through massages, facials & pedicures. Michelle, Brooke and Suzy bring such a welcoming feeling to this place. It is clean and cozy, zen and grounding. Yesterday I received the best massage of my life (I like to splurge on massages whenever I travel; over the years I have had many massages in many places.) This was transcendent. Michelle has a healing touch that really helped me unlock the soreness in my back from a week of muscle spasms. This is the place for true self-care.

Enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing couples massage over the weekend at Free Spirits newly added location at Wolf Creek Resorts Club House. From the moment we walked in our experience was top notch and professional. After the massage I had my first facial and I'm hooked, I will be going back monthly.

They are so accommodating. Some of the most friendly staff I have experienced with getting a pedicure and the results plus massage are worth every penny. Sue is a total gem and I will definitely be back in the future.
