Omg! A great parts store! I don't know how much these guys and girls get paid but they are very knowledgeable and have helped me fix my car or truck several/many times. Highly recommended!!!

My car needed to be jumped even though I had just changed the battery. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and helped resolve my issue quickly. He saved me hundreds of dollars!

Always get my stuff here. Very friendly staff that's will help you with whatever they can in the parking lot.

Aaron was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he stay late to help us and get us through a stressful dead battery issue. He was also able to simultaneously help random customers that came up to him while changing the battery in the parking lot. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and goes out of his way to help everyone in this dreadful heat. Aaron. You are amazing!

I love O'Reilly's. I've used them in many states from Colorado, Utah, Michigan, Washington and others and always receive great customer service. This morning the Assistant Manager helped me get the best car battery for my vehicle, not one that would "just" work but would work for all the very hot and very cold environments that I work in across the US over the course of a year.
I highly recommend O'Reilly's when you need anything vehicle related. I've always had a high quality experience!

I bought a new car battery from Autozone and was told they would install it for me. They got a little busy after I purchased the battery and said they couldn’t do it anymore since they were “busy” (there was 2 other people in the store). Went to O’Reilly’s and they replaced it for me after telling them what happened. Amazing service from Mario and Ricardo!! Mario installed my new battery and Ricardo helped me find a replacement for a part that broke. They deserve a raise in my opinion for helping me out and treating me with such kindness even though I didn’t purchase the battery from them!

I have been doing business with this location for 13 plus years. The customer service I received tonight was fantastic!!! I called and spoke to Adien. He was very polite and professional during our conversation. Turns out they had the radiator cap I needed. The pick-up was equally pleasant. Again, Adien was the young man at the counter. He provided me with the cap, gave me the invoice and thanked me for coming in!!!! Thanks for the outstanding customer service!

I know there is so many other auto parts stores in Salt Lake City but this one has the best customer service. The employees are so friendly and help with any questions. They are happy to help you with your car if you need to replace your bulbs or engine test. I know other stores offer the same but I'm disabled and one part's store was very annoyed that I asked and said they didn't know how to replace the taillight in my car. It wasn't a problem at O'Reilly's it was done in less than a minute. I appreciate the employees at this location and I will always go there for whatever I may need for my car and refer them to everyone.

They were great. They helped fix my truck enough to get me home. I was having a very bad day and was stranded. They helped me feel at ease and got my truck up and running enough to get me home. I love these guys.

Great service. Walked in near closing time and the gentleman at the front was still very nice to me and gave me great advice without being condescending. Regret not getting his name.

Easy and easy out parking lot although the parking out front is a little bit narrow. At night it is well lit. The parking lot and front of the store is ultra clean and the inside of the store is also Ultra nice and clean and very well organized and very well stocked. I had them to check my check engine light and they diagnosed and printed out what was wrong and I bought the part I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this auto parts store. Great service, Ricardo gave me a bunch of tips about how to check and refill my AC, even came out and helped me locate the low pressure inlet when I couldn’t find it. He rules!

I went to one of your other locations (redwood) and they refused to install my battery. I ended up calling this location (state street) and Rey was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and I appreciated that. This will be my go-to store from now on. Thank you.

So helpful! I was having battery issues and, I forgot to get her name, but the woman with the pink hair, she was patient with my zero car knowledge and checked my battery, explained what was the issue and recommended a new one where the cold would not stop my car from starting (I just moved here from out of state). Awesome service and very knowledgeable. Will definitely hit this location up again!
