Best customer experience I’ve had in a long time! Really willing to go above and beyond for their customers! Accommodating my needs and most importantly my wife left happy as well lol . Seriously, I recommend anyone looking for furniture to come here due to their wide selection of furniture and quick delivery options. They have nice living room sets, bedroom sets, dining room sets, large rugs, area rugs, desk, the list goes on. They’re not your typical plain furniture store. Which means they’re suitable for everyone. Just want to thank them publicly for their amazing service!!!

I received my new three-piece Ashley sectional today. The delivery men were awesome. They put it together for me, took all the boxes and plastic away with them for no mess. They were professional and courteous, and his furniture is better than expected.

Found a couch at Ashley furniture that we liked. Found the same one at New Furniture Outlet for a lot less. When we got there, the staff was very nice and helpful. They delivered the couch but our ottoman was on backorder. When it finally came in, we had a hard time getting there to pick it up. We called and they were able to deliver it that day! I would give them my business next time I buy furniture! Very nice family owned business!

This store is amazing, top notch experience from the moment we walked in. After hearing all the horror stories of long waits for couches I was shocked when told that the one we chose would be delivered within 4 days. I then received a phone call to ask if it could be delivered a day earlier,even better news. Delivery was flawless and Devonte and Justin are the nicest people. We will definitely be long time customers of this furniture store.
