I know there is a lot of locations, but this is by far the best Red Star I have visited. Other locations I’ve been to there is never anyone up front or at the register and I never have to worry about that here. TISHA is usually working when I go in and she does an awesome job! I know that when she helps me she offers a unique take and the most efficient check out. She is very knowledgeable on your product and I trust her opinion on products and flavors of certain things. It’s always super clean and it never feels busy because even if there is someone being helped they are quick to have a second person jump in or get me started while someone else is still deciding. Not many places in Casa grande I can guarantee will get me what I want, but this Red Star is phenomenal with their customer service and quickness. :) thanks so much!

Everyone there is so amazing! The ladies are super great, they have great juices and tapes! They always make things right with smiles on their faces. Only place I go for any vape needs!

Daniel really helped me out today, I rlly appreciate it so much especially givennn I'm officially quitting cigarettes and have been thru a lot of vapes and brought them all in to discern, but this is it and I'm actually excited. Dan was fast, helpful, informative, and kind and knew exactly what I was looking for and we figured it out perfect. Very happy right now thanks Daniel!

Red Star has become like family. They got me through smoking cigarettes after ten years. I am actively going lower in nicotine levels to help myself. My health improved significantly with the loving support of the team!!!! They see you for you and “Welcome in” you’re hooked!

Deb was my first encounter and she is amazing on so many levels! Always had ideas on how to help. If I told her what I was going through she would explain the device and reshow the correct ways of setting up and or troubleshooting my issue.

Hillary continues to give me good solid advice on devices and or things I may enjoy. So helpful and makes you feel at home asking questions. I don’t feel silly when I come in and have a simple fixed question.

Tisha always has a smile on her face and answers any questions I have as well. I love her character she brings such a vibing feel to the shop and continues to make customers smile!

This team truly is in the long haul with their customers. They are always there and always puts a smile on your face, lend a helping hand, and or just answer questions about juices for hours 😂

Very welcoming. Dana’s customer service was top tier. He helped me get set up with a new device yesterday and I’m very happy with it. Don’t even bother with the competition if you could even call them that. This shop is hands down the best!

I walked into the dragon's lair and was greeted by most delicious smoke. I perused the dragon's horde, as it was a vast great, I was lost among the wares overwhelmed for choices. I was approached by the most helpful of imps by the name of Hilary of storms. She guided me to my heart's desire and I left the lair not wanting

Hillary was awesome. Provided information about different vape flavors. Was patient while I sampled some of the DispoBar vapes which are a Red Star exclusive vape. I like the battery and juice display on these. I feel like they last longer and taste better than the more established brands. Highly recommend since you get points going here and everyone is always friendly and helpful :)

This place is amazing. 100% go here if you're local and have any vaping needs. These dudes set me up with a complete kit, customized for my needs. They set everything up for me and gave me some tips. Super professional service 10/10 would recommend.

Friendly staff, informative and reasonably priced. I really like their own product made by them, Dispro Bar. I like that they have rewards points available on purchases as well.
