Ross Dress for Less

I went during the holidays, the lines were long, made longer when people were cutting in line. I'm not one to say anything when it happens, but the cashier saw. We waited in line 45 minutes. They were very nice, once up there. Short-handed too, we found what we were looking for and some, so alls well that ends well.

Fullest Ross I've ever seen!!! I've never seen one so well stocked before. Good prices. Not a mess, staff actively working to keep it best and merchandise moving. Very impressed Employees very nice. Store very clean. Parking easy in and out. Nice location. Another couple were there too we'd all been up in the area for a meeting, and they were also commenting on how well stocked this store is .... a very nice shopping experience. Busy. People shopping.

Big store. Full racks of clothes. Excellent Selection. Tons of deals to be found. I found a pair of Levi's for $10. Enjoy!

They had great items for dogs! The toys are 80% cheaper then even Walmart and my dogs love them!! Baby items are limited, but cute as ever!

Fun shopping at our favorite discount shopping center. Great prices. Fun to look at everything. Tons of people.

I found some shoes for my daughter for around 20 bucks! Very reasonable prices. And I love shopping for holiday decorations at this location. It's almost spooky season! 🍭💀🎃

This location has tons of bargains down every aisle. The prices are comparable with their competitors. They have everything from clothing (Men's, Women's, and Children), shoes, Kitchen wares, bathroom items and decor, small furniture, electronic accessories, and even perfume and cologne. The checkout process was efficient and friendly.

I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a bargain and a unique shopping experience every time.

They have the best prices on bed sheets.

Prices are great!! So much stuff. I found the cutest chrocs and new bed spread and sheets. Also new bathroom rugs,a purse and 2/wallets,bras&pannies. New kitchen towels and solar lights,dog treats and batteries. Its my favorite store.

I swear every time I come here the employees are so helpful and ready to assist with everything and anything, even personal recommendations! I couldn't decide between two different pairs of shoes that were almost identical so I asked the lady checking me out and she told me she didn't want to choose one in case I ended up not liking that pair and then one of the other workers suggested one pair because she had actually taken the time to think about why she would get one pair over the other and literally just those two things alone are more considerate than other places I've gone to shop at. 10/10 will be back and recommend to anyone who asks!!

This place is huge and has tons of selections from anything to women's clothes and shoes, kids clothes shoes and toys and the same for men. They have a big kitchen section. Tons if stuff to look at here. They also keep it very clean and the cashiers do a super good job of keeping the line moving.

Its the best!! You can get designer and name brand items for really cheap!
My husband gets his Jordan's/Nike shoes for $35-$60 and sees the same ones online for $150+. Plus I can always find cute clothes that fit me perfectly!
And toys for the kids all in one place!

Employees very cheerful , knowledgeable about products and the product locations. Found all I needed. The dressing room attendant was very competent and helpful.
All this comes from the top down so I commend the management team also.

My only 'constructive suggestion' would be on the over-eager greeting of the
incoming patrons: The check out counters were all running completely busy, the clerks were working very hard as each one of had our own special issues and needs . But the checkers seem to be under heavy orders to call out a welcome each time the door opened.
The "greetings" were disconcerting and crossed over each other as the clerks were trying to get everyone inline checked out, but keep an eye on the door and sing out a hearty welcome.

Maybe the clerk working nearest the door at any given time be charged with the greeting. Even a clerk just walking by or in the area. When there's a cocaphony of welcomes coming at an entering person and from hard-to-know who or where from it seems almost artificial. I wondered if the employees were on a commission-based "welcome" program. 😊

But the employees did their jobs well and made my experience one I want to repeat at your store.

Writing about the customer service at Ross located in the Promenade, Casa Grande. On my visit on May 27, 2021 around 6pm I received the absolutely 1000% best customer service from a lovely cashier named Josefina. She is the role model for how every encounter with a Ross employee should be. She's friendly, smiling as she rings you up, talking about the clothes and how to accessorize them. Josefina made my purchase yesterday a truly amazing experience and I hope to see her again next time I shop at this Ross.
