South Jordan VA Clinic

If you gave a bad review, either the staff was having a bad day or you were having a terrible day and approached staff in the wrong way. I came here for my first check up and was treated great by the receptionist, nurse and doctor. They took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Be patient and respectful and you will be treated the same.

Been going here for about two years now and have been treated very kindly. The NP they assigned to me really cares and she helps me with all my medical issues. Never have to wait very long. Overall I would give more stars if I could.

Fantastic healthcare. Way better than any private healthcare I have ever received.

This is quite literally the most beautiful VA clinic I’ve ever seen. I was greeted cheerfully by the amazing staff, my appointment scheduling was handled professionally and kindly, and everyone we came in contact with was the opposite of what I was taught to expect in a VA clinic.
Literally every VA clinic should be like this one. It would revolutionize the reputation of the VA forever. I’m so looking forward to my care here.

It’s been quite some time since I originally posted this review, and I still stand by every word. Every interaction I have with the doctors and staff here has been fantastic. My doctor listens to me (she’s actually my second one—my first moved to FL), I’m getting the referrals and treatment I need, and I actually feel like a person in their eyes.
If you have the choice between here and another location, you won’t be sorry if you choose here.

I recieve much better care at the SJ VA facility than the main campus in SLC. The care givers actually seem to care about treating veterans.

I apppreciate the size of the building, the friendliness of the docotors, nurses, phlabotimists, and councelors. They are on top of my needs better than I am. I also appreciate how close it is to my house and the U of U hospital for quick meds.

Pleasant visit, got my referrals put in for everything I needed. Blood work, and my health insurance card. Check in system was a little much but I get it.. Corona.

I have used the audiology clinic twice now since its close to work and service has been excellent. I appreciate having this clinic available.

Great place, it is located across the street from the University Hospital. (South side of the road).

This is by far the nicest va ive ever seen. Awesome staff and great service.

Labs stop taking..blood draws at 1529 hrs no exception .

Long waits and listening to the guy at the front desk and the security guard talk about the other employees and call them names, just makes it uncomfortable.

What do you expect from people who get a paycheck regardless of how they treat people. There's a valid reason the VA has the reputation they do among veterans. It's tragic, the way they treat people who have broken their bodies for this country.

It was Not a "good experience" at all. My information wasn't passed on well....plus, rather than being taken back and seen in private, a woman (who didn't identify herself) came out and started asking me questions while I was still in the waiting area...and ended up asking me one particular thing twice...After all that, I was referred to a "facility" across the street !!! I'll never go there again!!

I see they deleted my last rating and comment. Had a appointment, to schedule an appointment with the doctor. Doctor's a no show. They now won't answer my phone call. I filed 3 reports with the inspector general and written two letters to my congress man and all I got was a letter about suicide prevention in the mail about two months later. I just wanted to get my back check out is all. Is that really too much to ask?
