They're amazing i couldn't ask for a better place to be treated. They have gone through a lot in the past couple of months for those of you who are just now posting about their phone situation and not calling you, are also not adding that they had a system failure and their entire system was wiped out so they had no phone numbers, nothing to contact people so there's no way they could have contacted anyone to let them know about their appointments being cancelled or about them being closed. Myself included, but instead of getting butt hurt and getting mad right away I listened to them and listen to what was going on and was understanding to what happened to them. They literally lost everything and had to start back from square one as if they had just opened their office. And for their phone situation, their phones are messed up believe me when I call I have to call at least 5 or 6 times but they're still working on that just like they are trying to get back on track with their patients and trying to get everything back into the computers. They are the nicest doctor's office I have ever been to. So since people want to leave bad reviews because obviously they don't know how to ask questions and/or they are upset about missing their appointment or whatever the case may be they don't want to explain the doctor offices part. I would suggest and refer anybody I knew to this doctor's office Carolyn is an amazing compassionate person and she has helped me through every step of my process and getting surgery for my carpal tunnel. I've been in extreme pain for I don't know how long now, and not one doctor would help me all they told me to do was wear a brace even if I was sitting in their office crying in their face but Carolyn helped me
She got me into a specialist got me on pain medication to manage my pain and now I'm off to have surgery on the 20th of this month so coming from somebody who's been to a lot of doctors offices and experienced a lot of not so nice receptionist this is by far the nicest doctor's office I've ever been in and like I said and I'll say it a million times I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. You can't just write a bad review and not explain what was going on because you're mad about the fact that you missed an appointment at least give some consideration for them having to literally start over from square one and not having anyones contact information to let them know what's going on unless you showed up there including their phones being down. So anyways I probably said this a million times but they are amazing and if you're looking for a good nurse practitioner good service, fast service and really polite receptionist I would highly advise you go there.

Cordial staff with quick service. I had very little wait time and Dr. Kurup had excellent bed side manners. I come here as opposed to my PCP because I couldn't get an appointment fast enough. I'm glad I did and will be coming back rather than waiting a month to see an over worked doctor who spends very little time with you after making you wait 2 hours. Awesome overall experience and would make recommend without reservation.

Dr. Kurup and his staff were excellent in attending to the needs of my children and I during a recent visit for an upper respiratory infection we all had. We are feeling great now and appreciate being helped to a quick recovery!

even though dr.Kurup is gone the women that is there now is AMAZING. I have been to a couple other Dr's here in casa Grande and when I would tell them how much pain I was in and sitting there crying they pushed me out with IBprohin assuming I was there for pain meds and didn't care what was going on this me. after seeing this WONDERFUL AMAZING women I got answers . I have SEVERE carpal tunnel syndrome in my left hand and arthritis in my back she sent me right away to the specialist I needed and managed my pain right away . I would refer her to anyone looking for a Dr. she is amazing and I cant thank her enough. and the staff was amazing they are so friendly and are on time. my ride had to drop me off 1 hour early and they were able to get me in a whole hour early from my original appointment so I didn't have to just sit and wait.

They have become my primary care providers.

This place is a joke, can't even get a blood test done correctly. Also they never call back after leaving many voice messages, and to top that off they are closed today and didn't notify any of their patients myself included who drove over twenty miles one way to been seen.
For future people be advised there service is terrible and disorganized.
Update on desert care when they answer the phone pretty good about getting you checked on😁

ARE YOU KIDDING ME @$÷#%&€!! Dr Lit up spends more time on his cell phone than with his patients. Recently called to make a needed apt and the # is "NO LONGER IN SERVICE" They didn't even have the courtesy to put a note on their locked door. Unbelievable!!

This place is a joke and dont waste your time with them door locked and closed for the day during buisness hours and then they cant even schedule a freaking appointment correctly

Don't answer their phones, can't set up appointment to get prescription refilled

What a joke! out of medicine and have been trying to call all day and there phone is out of service.
