Promenade Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

Had bad tooth pain and called on a Thursday afternoon. They scheduled me for a quick check up the next afternoon. I needed two wisdom teeth pulled. They were able to schedule me for the following week. I showed up 10 min early for the appointment and they took me back almost immediately. I had two wisdom teeth pulled with no anesthesia and felt almost no pain. I was in and out in 20 minutes and was able to get right back to work same day. I am on day 3 still almost no pain. Best dental experience I have ever had!

They are great to listen and accommodate ALL our needs! Dr Miller saved the day in a second return on some adjustments on flipper. They are ALWAYS encouraging, and GREAT WORK! Kudos to Michelle, Dr Jones, Dr White and all the team!!!

I haven’t gotten my work done yet because it’s scheduled for next month, I only went in for an exam so this review will be based on that. It could change.

Immediately I was greeted by the front desk and one even complemented my shirt (Tears for Fears concert shirt). Then I went back for X-rays and were so friendly, took ample imaging, and took me back to the room. The doctor then came in and introduced himself and told me a little about him and his life. That INSTANTLY got me to chill out. Every other dentist I’ve ever seen just comes in and gets right to work, so this was refreshing. The dentist assured me my teeth weren’t that bad, told me what he recommended be done first, we got a payment plan set up, and off I went. I had gone to a different practice in a different town a few days prior and they took less imaging and told me I needed several root canals, an extracting, and other completely unnecessary work. The doctor here at promenade assured me that wasn’t true and actually made me feel really good about my oral health because I was certain it would be worse.

So just first impressions alone: Thank you for understanding the anxiety many of us deal with when it comes to the dentist and our oral health.

Since day 1 of going to this office we were impressed. Dr Young has given my 3 children and myself new smiles. His team has made all of us feel as if we are family. There financial plans are affordable. Appointments are easy to get into.

Dr jones is by far the best dentist I have ever gone too. This office uses the most current technology to deliver exceptional experience all in one day. I love my implants and Dr jones craftsmanship has always gotten my bite the first time!
I moved across town but plan on continuing my care with this office. So worth the 2 hour drive.

Dr. Miller is very thorough and kind. Her assistant also demonstrates excellent customer service.

Faith did an Awesome job with my insurance benefits. Michelle also does an Awesome job. Just had root canal and two crowns done. Whole staff and David Jones Awesome people.

My husband had an emergency dental problem that needed to be taken care of immediately. The staff was nice, understanding and helpful. We didn't have an appointment but worked him in with hardly any wait time. We have found our new dentist office.

I just had oral surgery on Thursday 12/07/23 and Brian White was amazing. I am 3 days out and I have very little pain or swelling. I have added a photo below.

I am so happy I chose Promenade Smiles as my new dentist. I will be the first to say I'm scared of the dentist but everyone made me feel completely comfortable even making me laugh a few times. The x-rays were seamless and the tech was amazing, making me feel comfortable and answering questions, Miss Deneen was so nice and gentle and Dr. Jones was so personable, putting me at ease, explained my next steps and how best to go about it. Miss Faith was so quick in checking me in and out and saved me a lot of trouble with my insurance ahead of time, thank you!! Overall 10/10 and I cannot wait to come back.

This is my second visit to this office in less than a month for two separate urgent care dental issues. In both cases, they got me in very quickly. I can't say enough positive about this office. In each case, they ensured that I knew exactly what was my problem. They then explained every one of my options including both the good and the bad aspects for each option along with the cost and insurance coverage amount for each. They explained what was best if money was no object and what was best for different expense levels. They provided their opinion of what they thought was best and I had full confidence in their recommendations. They gave excellent guidance, but left the final decisions up to me without exerting pressure to only do what they recommended. And while the quality of dental care is my highest priority, that is not the only great thing about this office. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and friendly.

My favorite dental office and staff. Aaliyah was my dental assistant - she’s very knowledgeable and professional. A delight to chat with, and puts you at ease. Dr Jones is the best, plus he knows how to give painless injections. (Why I come here.) The front desk (Michelle) knows everyone’s name and makes you feel right at home. A clean facility with great staff!!

In novmber I had my wisdom teeth removed I went smothly and the doctor (doctor white) was really nice. Every time I go in they the staff Is really nice and undersatnding.

Very good experience! Everyone was kind, friendly, patient, accommodating, and compasionate to/for me and my disability. Aaliyah did a great job with accommodating me for my x-rays. The dentist was thorough and explained everything very well, answering any questions I had. I NEVER felt rushed, they made me feel like I was their only patient.

The doctor was extremely efficient and thorough. One of the best features was how very helpful and up front Brandi was in working out my treatment schedule and fully informing me of all the costs involved in all my options. Great visit from start to finish!

Great experience arrived an hour early on accident but they were able to accommodate me, everyone in this office had great hospitality and greetings, Serenity was quick at my X-rays and pleasant to talk to as well. My dentist was great at explaining the whole process this was hands down one of the best dental visits I have been to and I wanted to thank the team at this office. I had a great experience for my dental cleaning today. Michelle in the front was so helpful getting me all set up. Aliyah was such a sweetheart. I typically don't do well with x-rays but she made it so simple and quick. Dr. Jones explained everything and did an amazing job.
