If you're lucky enough to get a unit here, you'll be very pleased with the service, friendliness, and cleanliness of this facility. The owner, Gary, is very good at communicating and helping wherever he can. This place is exactly what we were looking for in a storage unit and the pricing is better than other places nearby. Highly recommended.

I didn't get a unit here but the customer service given was awesome. I called and Gary let me know he was booked but may have something open a little sooner. I gave him my info not expecting to hear anything back. But Gary is a man of his word, and called me to let me know that a unit was available. That spoke volumes when he called me back. That is how a business should be ran! If I could rate ten stars I would!

You wouldn't find a cleaner, better managed storage units in the area. Nichols storage is top of the list. Well kept units and grounds. Everything down to the grass in the front of the unit is always kept up to "like new" standards. The owner is fair and honest.

I have been a customer at Nichols Self Storage since 2012. I continue to be a customer even though I moved 25 miles away in the past year. Geary's dedication to keeping a clean, safe, and secure storage area is second to none and I truly appreciate his loyalty to giving customer service like no other. He is always willing to give a helping hand however he can and is more than fair when dealing with difficult transitions. It's absolutely worth the travel miles to stay at Nichols Self Storage. Thank you for all you do Geary! If there was a Self Storage of the Year award, my vote, hands down, definitely goes to you and Nichols Self Storage.
