BDO Fitness Center

Really enjoy this gym. Still just bringing my kid here for speed and agility. The members here seem very friendly with each other. The basketball court is pretty busy. It's not too noisy. Great set up.

Well equipped, no frills gym in Business Depot Ogden for people that with a company based in BDO. Check to see if your company has a discount. Includes free weights, machines, a full size basketball court, racquetball, changing rooms.

I like it there, its not as crowded as other gyms, but the only thing wrong at the gym is that the guys working out don't put the weight Away from equipment and weights are to heavy for people like me to take off from equipment if they take them off after there done using them it should be a lot better, I think there should be a sign on every equipment, so after there done using them to pull off weights 👍👍

Small, quiet, and equipped. Excellent!

Pretty lousy gym, not well maintained and dirty. It’s nice it has a sauna, but the steam room is broken. It’s 16 or 17$ a month and that could be good because there’s no deposit fee, but still, it’s pretty mid.
