Phoenix ER

Both times I've visited the Phoenix ER, I have felt listened to and have been treated with respect and understanding. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and ensure a comfortable experience from start to finish. It's hard these days to find doctors who will actually listen to your concerns, test accordingly, and come up with an actual solution rather than jumping to conclusions. I appreciate this medical facility so much - thank you to the staff!!

Our experience was excellent. We didn’t have to wait. The staff was both efficient and caring. Dr. Roper was wonderful She ruled out Covid and RSV, which had been our initial concern and did any tests she felt were necessary, And prescribed
The proper medication. Don’t just think about using this ER, go there. Bouquets to the entire staff. 💐

I have been to many Emergency Rooms, this one by FAR was exceptional, from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Extremely through services, very clean facility, excellent customer service from all staff, the Dr was Phenomenal. I was skeptical walking in but with the pain I was having at the time, I didn't care. I don't give many reviews, only very poor ones or exceptional ones, this one was exceptional. I highly recommend this location.

I was in town on a work trip and experienced a medical emergency that required treatment and testing, this was my nearest emergency location. Not only were the staff people attentive, they were also caring and kind. The nurses and the PA on duty took great care of me. They were fast and efficient and very informative about everything I needed and what they were doing to take care of me. I had bloodwork taken, a chest X-ray and medical history taken within 30min. I went in at 3:30 and left by 6:30 with my medical emergency resolved, medication and follow up care. Highly recommend this place if you want to avoid big crowds and long wait times.

I went to Phoenix ER for a bad knee. Was seen right away, sat down with the doctor and he recommended an x-ray which they did.. Had to wait about an hour for the results of the x-ray but from the minute I walked in the door up until I left, I had a very pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend this place. Much better than sitting in a hospital ER for hours. They do accept medicare now.

No waiting at all. Check in process was easy and worker was friendly. Each and every person there was kind, friendly and caring. Doctor Stockton hit the nail on the head with what my pain issue was. He did 2 injections and did a great job and the nurses held

I went to Phoenix ER yesterday to rule out a possible concussion after a fall. I was advised by a friend to try them. It was an excellent experience. I will never go to another ER after what I experienced there. The gal at the front desk was very cordial and accommodating and helped me fill out the paperwork. Caitlin who was the nurse was also very kind and professional. Dr. Stockton is the best! He examined me and put me through a few routine concussion exercises. He then did a CT scan and Steve the technician was very nice. I waited for the results which did not take more than half an hour to 45 minutes. I highly recommend anyone to try Phoenix ER. And they now take Medicare which is great. Thank you Dr. Stockton and Caitlin.

ER and Netflix? + Amazing staff and fast efficient service? Is it my concussion or is this reality? THIS IS THE BEST ER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. (Not joking about the Netflix part) The service was ridiculously fast. I cannot say enough good things about it.

I’ll admit I’m one of those people who assume most hospital staff are mean, just because they’re usually working really long shifts and encounter so many patients in a day. However, EVERY staff member was patience and kind. Whoever the owner is needs to keep doing what they’re doing because these guys get to work thoroughly! Thanks for taking care of me.

I went in to Phoenix ER for multiple days of low energy, no appetite, and a lot of abdominal discomfort. Originally I wanted an Ultrasound, but Phoenix ER staff recommended a CT Scan which ended up showing a ruptured appendix.
Very happy with the staff at Phoenix ER. Very patient and spent time to thoroughly talk things through with me and my wife.

I was visiting from out of town when my Asthma started to act up. I needed some quick medical attention. 24/7 Emergency came to my rescue. I was able to walk in. No waiting. Immediately diagnosed my condition. Professional & polite staff and I was on my way. Very impressed.

They were so great the nurses and doctor. We stopped by because our son had a small wound that needed stitches and they were all wonderful with him. Great place to go. Clean and friendly

Brought my mom in for a medical issue and her nurse Megan M. was amazing! Like beyond amazing if possible. She was caring, compassionate, professional, funny and so efficient and identified issues and concerns that she brought to the Dr’s attention to help with my mom’s treatment. Would highly recommend using this facility as all the staff from registration, radiology tech and Doctor were great and explained everything step by step. I hope with how wonderful everyone is that they get raises for the exceptional work they do.

Great experience! I was very dehydrated from a stomach bug and was absolutely miserable. I was in a triage room about 10 minutes after walking in the door. The staff was very kind and attentive and the room I was taken to for treatment was very nice. I was set up with fluids, given warm blankets, and was able to watch a movie on the Roku TV in the room. This facility was a little out our way but totally worth it!

Absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. Zero wait time and speedy care. Nurse Amy and Dr.Dechant listened to all my concerns. They were empathetic and passionate. True human kindness. Thank you!

I apologize that this review took a couple weeks for me to get around to posting, but as the old adage goes, better late than never.
This facility and its staff was nothing short of amazing.
Unlike a typical hospital based ER and many urgent care clinics we encountered ZERO WAIT TIME upon arriving. We were immediately taken back in-clinic for evaluation and treatment. How amazing is that? Once in-clinic, we were immediately seen by a very kind and skilled nursing staff and a medical technician for blood draws and subsequent lab work. The physician assistant, Kayle McCleve, was next onboard for rendering his medical determination, and ordering the necessary round of tests, all of which were promptly performed on-site, including a CT scan. This place is truly a comprehensive emergency care facility. With the necessary tests performed and thankfully with all negative findings, Kayle sutured my spouse, and he did a superb job suturing. Now two weeks later, his wound is healing beautifully, and it appears with minimal scarring, if any. High praises and kudos galore to Kayle for a job well done!!!
This facility and its staff gets 5 stars and a well deserved grade of A+ for their expediency, professionalism, cleanliness, kind & warm hearted bed side manner, and ultimately delivering top shelf medical care. I would highly recommend utilizing this facility for emergency medical care treatment if you're living in or around the Chandler area.
SPECIAL NOTE: We learned that Phoenix ER can presently only provide emergency medical care to walk-in type patients. If you're being transported by ambulance they will not be in a position to treat you.

What a wonderful experience if you have to go to the ER. Very professional and thorough. Quick checkin. They have all the equipment to test whatever comes up. Dr Kelly sat with us to explain what the problem was and explained it so we understood it easily. Thank you Phoenix ER.

Anytime I have come to Phoenix ER they have always treated me very well. Wait time typically isn't longer then 1 minute and they make sure to address discomfort right away as they work on figuring out what it wrong and treating it appropriately. I highly recommend this place. I haven't had to go to the ER too often but when I have to, I will come to this hospital because of how well they take care of me.

2nd visit to this ER. The first visit was with my daughter a few years ago. The Doctor and nurses were amazing while treating her. I also received the same amazing treatment from the Doctor and staff. Hands down the best two ER visits. Don’t go elsewhere!

The care was great. Kept me informed the entire time. Bedside manner was perfect. The doctor, nurse and others made me feel confident in the decision they were making. Thank you for the great care!
