Menaul Compounding Pharmacy

From the phone call to discuss my script, to the friendly greeting at the counter (and being appreciated for my business), to my consult with the pharmacist/owner (who is a caring and compassionate human being), has been excellent. I feel genuinely cared for as a customer. Also, some scripts have been cheaper here as compared to other pharmacies. I highly recommend bringing your business here!

First time going to this pharmacy today, went to get heart medication for one of our cats. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the pharmacist that helped me was the owner, who was very kind. He explained the medications, the amounts, and gave me a few tips on the best way to administer the liquid medication — a very welcome surprise. He ended with the offer for us to call him should we have any additional questions and gave us his card. This type of warm non-rushed service felt personal and was greatly appreciated. I usually never leave reviews, but wanted to share given my positive experience. We will use this pharmacy for all of our needs going forward.

This is our neighborhood pharmacy and the pharmacist and his staff treat us like family. They go out of their way to get our medications in order and are always helpful do our refills promptly, sometimes even at the last minute. I had a wonderful experience at Menaul Compounding Pharmacy today. I needed a special dose for my dog, so a normal pharmacy wouldn't suffice. Menaul Compounding was very quick to fill my prescription and the pharmacist was super thoughtful and thorough when explaining the med for me.

Menaul pharmacy has compounded multiple prescriptions for my pets. It is always significantly cheaper than Chewy and other options. The service is very quick, and staff are great. They also offer free delivery. Would highly recommend.

The pharmacist was kind and knowledgeable. He explained how to give the medication to my pet, side effects, and clarified the correct dosage. The other employees were also kind and helpful. A private pharmacy sure does make a big difference compared to corporate pharmacies.

I needed a medication for a pet and have had things compounded before, but this was my first time using menaul compounding pharmacy. The care and courtesy was above and beyond what I expected. The owner came to speak to me as a new customer. He gave excellent instructions on how to administer the medicine, offered a discount for me because I'm a health care provider, and was overall a very kind and friendly person. Had to get a emergent Rx made for my cat. Dr. Zamanian and team were able to compound the Rx same day and did it quickly while I waited in store. Dr. Zamanian was kind when explaining how to administer the medicine and his team was professional. It was worth the long drive from Rio Rancho to here for the service.
