Store manager Kate was amazing! She came out to help me as her staff was busy. She listened to my desires in upgrading my very old phone and steered me to what best fit my needs and budget.

She took the time to ensure I was set up and ready to go before leaving the store which took some time. She was professional, personable and welcoming.

I have always appreciated the Juan Tabo store but Kate is a magnificent representative for AT&T and earned this high praise.

Kate and Larry are absolutely amazing! We went in today to switch carriers and they made the process so easy and informed us of every detail along the way. Most places don’t care enough to do this like they did. They were so friendly and made us feel at ease with this otherwise stressful process. It felt like friends were helping us! Thank you guys so much! We will definitely be going back to this location for these two.

Ruben, I believe the store manager was very helpful and showed up at the perfect time as he was able to dig into my account and find out information it wasn’t being provided by the other sales assistant. Waiting on a call from him to see if I can go pick up my replacement phone. Well done!

I stopped at the store on my way home from work to discuss changing my plan. Angelina Chavez was working and there was one other customer in the store. Angelina che led in with the other customer who was just waiting, then came to help me. She took the time to answer my questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We changed my plan and then she answered some questions I had about upgrading. I was very happy with the time she took for me. I did not feel rushed and when I left I was very happy . I would not hesitate to go in again, as long as Angelina would be helping me.

So today! At the store on Juan Tabo. (Brandon) from AT&T was really helpful and very generous. He took the customer service beyond expected. Gave me everything minute of his time to walk me through how to upgrade my phone and what accessories I can choose from. They have a buy two and one free accessories deal going on right now very awesome of that. So I would stop in before it ends. I would refer my family and friends to talk to (Brandon) every time. His service 100 out of 10.

Dropped my phone off a roof towards the end of the day and had to get into the store ASAP! Brady T. helped me out last night about an hour before closing and stayed after closing to make sure everything was done correctly. He had no concern over time or getting me out of there by closing. His only concern was making sure I was taken care of. He even reviewed my current plan to make sure I was in the best possible plan based on what I needed. He was able to get me into an upgraded plan and save me money each month! Service, care and kindness was off the charts! Give this man a raise! 5 stars all day!!!! Much appreciated!

The experiences I've had at this location are beyond what I could have hoped for. The staff is so kind and they pay great attention to all our questions and needs. Jethro the man with the golden mustache and his boss Ryan are the best of the best! I tell everyone I meet about this store and these guys! If you want grade A service and a good laugh just go see Jethro and Ryan!

Dante is a super friendly and awesome employee! He did not operate like a robot and got to know me on a personal level! He is the type of person I would definitely want running the retail businesses. He is my go-to for AT&T every single time! Dante deserves a raise!

Kate and her fellow associate, Angelina, were knowledgeable of the plans and accessories that come with our phones. Switching from Verizon to At&T was the best decision we could have made. You walk into this little store, no wait, and very friendly and helpful people are there to greet you.

Kate V is extremely knowledgeable on the device I purchased. I upgraded from a IPhone 6 to the IPhone 11. I was very confused about the different keys, mainly the home button and how to use this device without one, she walked me thru how to use my new phone in a way that didn’t leave me clueless. She also helped me understand the new Home Screen ability’s. I was very satisfied with the costumer service she provided. She was very informative and assisted me without making me feel stupid for not knowing how to used my device I will be referring friends and family to this specific location all because the help Kate V provided. 10 out of 10 for costumer service!

Ms. Angelina Chavez helped me both times I needed to trade in my phone and deal with the promotion and I truly appreciate her for helping me get this amazing deal and gift for my fiancé. She did a fantastic job with letting me know about the promotion when I walked into the store while having the 11 pro max on my mind. I received a much better phone in the 12 pro max and my fiancé absolutely loves the phone so again thank you Ms. Chavez and I hope you continue to succeed at this store!!
