Harbor Freight Tools always comes through for me. They have the perfect recipe for providing the tools I need when I am shopping. My most recent purchase was their weight distribution hitch. I just installed it and it works better than expected. Awesome selection of tools and great knowledgeable staff!!

Nice in a pinch, but the IPS guy always profiles me, and follows me in. This makes me feel uneasy. FYI, this never happens to me in the south valley. This happened the first time I was here and just thought he was bored. This is my second visit, now he makes me wonder. IPS are the top flight security guys.

The go-to spot to peruse, and pick up those needed tools to get the next job done. Friendly and helpful staff always add to the experience!

I called ahead to check on a product and they did have it in stock and the guy put it behind the counter for me when I got there it was ready that was just too cool computer said it was in stock at the other store I was at and it wasn't but it was at this one and they saved it for me

Employees are always in a good mood. Most everything is stocked well.

Great tool selection. Harbor freight manufactures their own tools exclusively for the store, but the quality items are good quality. Bargain tool store but has high quality tools as well. Great deals. Good staff. Willing to always help or get you that discount code.

Unmatched pricing for tools, equipment, etc. My go-to for expendables (shop towels, sand paper, gloves, blades, etc). Warranty programs you actually want to buy. Staff is always polite and helpful, checking in the back for stuff if not up-front. Safe and comfortable atmosphere, contracted security guard always working. Standard floor layout.

Management ought to value staff, and treat them with respect, or otherwise be replaced.

Almost always have anything I'm looking for, and employees are experts in where to locate things if I don't know.

They have a range of tools from beginners or homeowners to full trade tools.

The return policy is perfect...(seriously)

The only room for improvement is having even one more employee on every shift.

But only because the hard workers here deserve the full support of management.

This is like a shopping mall but like meant for men. Sell a lot of tools for the right price. I've never been let down by the tools lol I highly recommend this place. And they usually have decent discounts, especially if you are a member.

My experience at Harbor Freight was awesome Christina who works at the Juan Tabo location went out of her way to help me I mean she was running around all over the place busy but she took the time to help me I thought that was cool Harbor FreightToys R Us for adults and with help like that I'll go there all the time plus they have everything I need at a good price the power tools are really good quality I use them just as much as I would the higher-priced ones and they hold up fine.the hole experience at Harbor Freight was a Solid 5 👍😉

Needed a closer auger, never used one. Staff was super helpful!
